Research On Local Ecological Environment Governance Under The Background Of Central Environmental Protection Inspection

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid economic development,increasingly severe environmental pollution problems have also emerged.The Party Central Committee and the State Council have paid more and more attention to environmental protection in recently years.Environmental protection has been listed and officially implemented as a basic national policy.In order to strengthen the protection of the ecological environment,the central government has begun to promote the work of Environmental Protection Inspection.In this context,the topic of ecological environment governance has been regarded as a significant topic and included in the list of main government affairs in various regions.The development of Environmental Protection Inspection shows the central government’s great attention to environmental protection,and has also received active responses from local governments and achieved positive results.But even under the high-pressure situation of the Central Environmental Protection Inspection,the grassroots government’s environmental protection work still has certain deficiencies.These deficiencies are either due to the insufficient internal drive of the local government to govern the environment,or are limited by the authority or supervision capacity of local environmental protection departments,or because the local government alone is not enough to cover all aspects of ecological environment governance,etc.Regardless of the specific reasons,studying the deficiencies of the local ecological environment management under the background of the Central Environmental Protection Inspection and exploring countermeasures are important for improving the effectiveness of local ecological environment governance.It has important theoretical and practical significance to shape the local environment and features.This article takes the Central Environmental Protection Inspection as the background,based on the inter-governmental theory and pluralistic co-governance theory,and takes Q Town in Fengxian District as an example to analyze the status quo,problems,causes and countermeasures of the local ecological environment governance since the implementation of the central environmental inspection.Through the above discussion,this article aims to provide a useful reference for the optimization of local ecological environment governance under the Central Environmental Protection Inspection.
