Study On The Impact Of Urban Residents’ Consumption On Ecological Environment In Heilongjiang Province

With the sustaining improvement of the economic development,the consumption level of China’s urban residents has observably improved,but this also makes the consumption structure of residents in various provinces have undergone great changes.The increasing number of consumer goods and increasingly rich types of consumer goods in the market make the consumption demand of residents gradually develop to a personalized and diversified model.At present,the research on Residents’ consumption level can be more conducive to an in-depth understanding of residents’ consumption behavior,and plays a vital role in analyzing China’s economic structure and its related changes,the future development trend of social consumption and the development trend of economic level.In recent years,the implementation of a series of policies to accelerate consumption,it has achieved remarkable results in the economic field,and residents’ consumption has gradually replaced exports and investment as an vital driving power for economic growth,but at the same time,the demand for resources and the emission of pollutants show an increasing trend,This has caused serious damage to human living environment and greatly reduced the quality of life of residents.Therefore,it has applicatory sense to research the influence of urban residents’consumption level on the ecological environment in Heilongjiang Province.The main research contents are as follows:（1）On the basis of systematically integrating the correlative literature,this paper defines the concepts of consumption structure,ecological environment,ecological environment quality and green consumption,and analyzes the status quo of consumption level and consumption structure of urban residents in Heilongjiang Province,which is mainly reflected in the sustaining increasing of consumption level Residents’ consumption structure is gradually changing from subsistence consumption to enjoyment consumption mode.（2）The comprehensive evaluation system of ecological environment quality in Heilongjiang Province is established by using entropy method.The ecological environment quality in Heilongjiang Province is synthetically estimated from three portion:natural environment,environmental pollution,ecological environment treatment and protection.（3）On this basis,based on the Environmental Kuznets model,this paper profoundly analyzes the affect of residents’ consumption level on the ecological environment.And according to the analysis result,there is a significant "N" curve relationship between urban residents’ per capita consumption and ecological environment quality in Heilongjiang Province,and verifies the hypothesis of Environmental Kuznets curve to a certain extent,It shows that the change of urban residents’ consumption has a significant impact on environmental pollution,which shows that reasonably improving residents’ per capita consumption level is beneficial to environmental governance.However,at present,the inflection point has not been reached,so reasonably adjusting residents’ consumption structure is conducive to the effective improvement of ecological environment and environmental quality.Based on the study results,this paper make relevant policy suggestions to optimize and protect the consumption environment.On the premise of sustainable development,we should continuously improve the consumption level of residents in Heilongjiang Province,further optimize the consumption structure of residents,build an ecological consumption model,promote consumers to actively participate in ecological consumption activities and promote enterprises to carry out green ecological production,Improve the relevant government policy system.
