Study On Environmental Kuznets Curve Of Henan Province Based On Ecological Environment Quality Evaluation

In the face of increasingly tight resource constraints and increasingly serious ecological problems,Henan Province has solidly promoted the three major battles of blue sky,clear water and pure land,and fully committed to pollution prevention and improvement and environmental quality improvement.However,environmental pollution and ecological damage are still the economics of Henan Province.Under the new normal development situation,how to achieve sustainable growth of resources and the protection of ecological environment while maintaining steady economic growth has become the primary issue facing all levels of government.Based on this,based on the analysis of relevant research results at home and abroad and the status quo of ecological environment and economic development in Henan Province,based on the theory of ecological economic value and sustainable development theory,from climatic conditions,land stress,vegetation cover,water network density and pollution In the five aspects of load,the index system of ecological environment quality evaluation in Henan Province was constructed,and the practical quantitative research methods such as analytic hierarchy process and efficiency coefficient method were used to calculate the specific efficacy scores of ecological environment quality in Henan Province from 1998 to 2017,and then the environment Kuznet The curve model is used as an entry to empirically explore the measurement relationship between GHC per capital GDP and eco-environmental quality and the form of EKC,and analyze Henan by establishing multiple regression models between factors such as structure,technology,policy,scale and ecological environment quality.The intrinsic influence mechanism of the provincial environmental Kuznets curve provides a feasible reference and path choice for the coordinated development of ecological economy in Henan Province.The main conclusions are as follows: the overall performance of ecological environment in Henan Province is oscillating,ecological damage and environmental pollution are still serious;during the study period,the ecological environment quality of Henan Province has first declined and then increased with economic growth,and the traditional environment Kuznet The trend of the curve is consistent;the scale factor has become the main factor of ecological damage in Henan Province due to the promotion of pollutant emission.The positive technology spillover effect caused by technical factors is small,and the ecological quality of Henan Province is not improved.The industrial structure is continuously optimized.The improvement of the level of high-levelization has led to a decline in the ecological environment quality of Henan Province in the early and late stages of economic development.Policy factors such as the formulation of government environmental protection policies and the strengthening of law enforcement have brought about continuous improvement of the ecological environment.By optimizing the industrial structure and accelerating Technological innovation and improvement of the regulatory mechanism can promote the coordinated development of ecological economy in Henan Province.
