| After the five development concepts of "innovation,coordination,green,openness and sharing" were put forward,green innovation has increasingly become the focus of attention.Under the background of the new era of promoting green development with the construction of ecological civilization,green innovation,as the combination of the two concepts of "green" and "innovation",is not only an important way to achieve win-win economic development and ecological environment,harmonious coexistence between man and nature,but also the driving source of high-quality development.At present,there are still many problems in the development of green innovation in China,such as low innovation degree and low innovation efficiency.Industry city integration is an important strategic means to solve the problem of industry city separation,which is of great significance to urban development.Industry city integration affects the urban environment and industrial structure supporting green innovation activities by improving urban comprehensive services,improving urban supporting facilities,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,and building a green production and lifestyle.Taking 42 regions of Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration as research samples,this paper studies the impact of industry city integration on the efficiency of green innovation.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant theories and literature on industry city integration and green innovation efficiency,expounds and selects indicators from the four aspects of industry balance,job housing balance,consumption balance and infrastructure included in industry city integration,evaluates the industry city integration level of Chengdu Chongqing Urban Agglomeration by entropy method,and calculates the green innovation efficiency of Chengdu Chongqing Urban Agglomeration by sbm-dea method including unexpected output,Through Hausmann test and random effect regression model,this paper empirically analyzes the impact of industry city integration on the green innovation efficiency of Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the green innovation efficiency of Chengdu Chongqing area.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:（1）The industry city integration level of Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration is good,showing an upward trend year by year,and the industry city integration level of Chongqing urban agglomeration is higher than the whole.From2011 to 2013,the technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency showed a downward trend,while from 2013 to 2019,it showed a fluctuating upwards trend;（2）The level of industry city integration has a significant positive impact on the green innovation efficiency of Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration.The heterogeneity analysis results show that the industry city integration of Chengdu urban agglomeration can promote the green innovation efficiency.In areas with high level of industrial structure,large urban population,high level of financial development and economically developed areas,the industry city integration can promote the green innovation efficiency of Chengdu Chongqing urban agglomeration.（3）Using the four methods of eliminating Yuzhong District,shortening the research years,eliminating the outliers of explanatory variables and shrinking the tail of the explained variables,the research results are significant,and the above conclusions are reliable.Based on the research results,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the efficiency of green innovation in Chengdu and Chongqing from many aspects,mainly including the following points:（1）formulate policies according to local conditions;（2）Promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure;（3）Appropriately expand the scale of the city;（4）Improve the level of financial development;（5）Promote the improvement of green innovation efficiency with regional green construction;... |
