Research On Rural Garbage Disposal-based On The Investigation And Analysis Of Jianli County In Hubei Province

The issue of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is a fundamental issue related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.Since the 13 th Five-Year Plan,various localities have begun to build new homes in beautiful villages through various actions,such as garbage cleaning,sewage treatment and village cleaning.The rural human settlements environment has been greatly improved,historic progress has been made in rural construction,and rural revitalization has also made a good start.However,there are still many gaps between the rural human settlements environment in many places and the expectations of the broad masses of the people.The first document of the Central Committee at the beginning of 2021 pointed out that the work of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" in the new stage of development is still extremely important.If China wants beauty,the countryside must be beautiful,and the village is clean and tidy.The study of rural garbage disposal is of practical significance to the improvement of rural human settlements environment,and also to the development of modern rural ecological environment in China.Jianli County is located in the central and southern part of Hubei Province,the southern end of Jianghan Plain,the north of Dongting Lake,the south pillow of the Yangtze River,known as the land of fish and rice,has been awarded the title of "National Advanced Grain production County Model" for many years.This paper is based on the rural field investigation of Jianli County,Jingzhou City,Hubei Province to analyze the problem of rural garbage pollution treatment,which is representative.Based on the research background of the rural garbage disposal in Jianli County,Hubei Province,this paper combs the relevant research literature on the rural garbage disposal at home and abroad,explains the concepts and theories of rural,rural garbage and rural garbage disposal,and points out its guiding significance.At the same time,from the agricultural ecological environment,agricultural product quality and safety and other three aspects of the impact of rural garbage;On this basis,combined with my field investigation and research data in Jianli County,this paper analyzes the situation of the county government and farmers in rural garbage treatment from the following aspects:first,analyzes and summarizes the basic situation of the farmers in the sample location and their families producing garbage;secondly,classifies the rural garbage treatment methods,determines the specific garbage treatment methods of farmers and analyzes the reasons why farmers choose this kind of garbage treatment;then,integrates the investigation results of the relevant problems in the process of garbage treatment,and analyzes the problems and causes in the process of rural garbage treatment;Finally,on the basis of drawing lessons from the excellent experience of rural garbage treatment at home and abroad,combining with the suggestions put forward by farmers in the investigation on rural garbage treatment and the expectation of the government in rural garbage treatment,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to guide villagers to actively participate in garbage treatment,perfect government management of rural garbage treatment,and explore local garbage classification treatment mode according to local conditions,in order to improve the rural environment of Jianli County.The improvement of rural garbage disposal can not only improve the rural living environment,protect the green water and green mountains,meet the needs of rural residents’ clean and tidy environment,but also promote the improvement of rural infrastructure construction,improve the level of rural public infrastructure construction.
