With the continuous adjustment of agricultural production structure and the increasing living standards of people,the output of fruit and vegetable products in my country has shown a significant increase year by year.A large amount of garbage will inevitably be generated during the production,processing,transportation,and sales of them.This kind of emerging garbage is called fruit and vegetable waste,which refers to the general term for vegetable and fruit garbage generated in agricultural wholesale markets,farmer’s markets,large supermarkets,vegetable markets,planting base distribution sites,and fruit and vegetable deep processing bases.Since 2013,the annual output of fruit and vegetable waste in my country has exceeded 5.13 million tons which accounts for 5% to 6% of the total production of other kitchen waste.The proportion has far exceeded other types of waste.The amount of waste generated is currently in the total amount of other kitchen waste generated.The proportion of has far exceeded other types of garbage.Due to the characteristics of high water content and perishable deterioration of fruit and vegetable waste,it’s easy to cause secondary pollution during the process of mixed collection and transportation with kitchen waste.In addition,the source of fruit and vegetable waste is concentrated and the degree of resource utilization is high.Therefore,it’s feasible and necessary to implement the classification collection,transportation and disposal of fruit and vegetable waste.At present,some large and medium-sized cities in China have begun to implement large-category special diversion of fruit and vegetable waste,but there is no theoretical research on fruit and vegetable waste pretreatment facility at home and aboard.In order to ensure facility site settings is the scientifically reasonable,reduce pollution to the surrounding environment and impact on people’s lives,it’s very necessary to construct a set of fruit and vegetable waste pressing and dehydration pretreatment facilities location model.At first,this paper summarizes the current situation of domestic and foreign fruit and vegetable waste collection and transportation.According to the situation of fruit and vegetable waste collection and transportation in China and the characteristics of fruit and vegetable waste pressing and dehydration reduction pretreatment facilities,an evaluation system for the site selection of fruit and vegetable waste pretreatment facilities have established from environmental factors,social factors,economic factors,and infrastructure.Based on researches on the location model of other types of waste transfer treatment facilities,this paper selects a combination of subjective and objective decision models for the location of fruit and vegetable waste pretreatment facilities.First,FAHP is used to give the indicators subjective weight,and entropy method is used to give the indicators objective weight,and then the linear weighted comprehensive weighting method is used to combine subjective and objective weights to obtain the comprehensive weight of each indicator.Finally,a combined evaluation model fused with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and the gray relational evaluation model is used to complete the comprehensive decision-making analysis of the evaluation object.This paper takes the Longhua District of Haikou City as an example to verify the feasibility and rationality of the combined location decision model.First,the decision indicators are quantified according to the actual construction of each candidate site,and then the combined location model has been constructed.Comprehensive decision-making,the final decision values of the 6 candidate points are finally 0.594,0.684,0.599,0.558,0.527,0.71,and then the sixth candidate point is the best construction point for the fruit and vegetable waste squeezing and dewatering pretreatment facility Combined with the actual situation of the construction site,the rationality and reliability of the results obtained by the model are demonstrated.
