| With the development of society and economy,landscaping has continuously received attention and development in the process of urban construction.The improvement of the quality of urban landscaping environment has brought about a continuous increase in the amount of garden waste generated.Its collection,transportation and treatment have gradually become one of the challenges of urban waste disposal.The main component of garden waste is the recyclable green plant residues,but its scattered sources and large volume cause inconvenience in transportation,making the traditional domestic waste collection and transportation mode not suitable for garden waste.In order to improve the collection and transportation efficiency and resource utilization of garden waste,a garden waste collection and transportation system including collection/pretreatment,transportation,and resource utilization should be established.However,at this stage,my country’s garden waste collection and transportation system is still immature,and cities are generally in the early stage of exploration.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to carry out research on the layout of garden waste collection,transportation and treatment facilities.In terms of improving the high efficiency of collection and transportation,the pretreatment is suitable to be carried out at the collection point of garden waste.Therefore,the selection of garden waste collection/pretreatment sites needs to take into account the needs of collection and pretreatment.It is a complex decision-making process and the focus of this article.This paper firstly studies the status quo of domestic and foreign garden waste collection and transportation,analyzes the various links of its collection,transportation and treatment,analyzes the characteristics of garden waste,and then combines the characteristics of garden waste generation,and proposes a collection,transportation and treatment model of "collection + on-site/nearest pretreatment + resource utilization".Next,an index system for garden waste collection points and on-site/nearest pretreatment site selection is constructed from the four aspects of society,economy,environment,and infrastructure.Based on the study and research of facility location theory and model,this paper selects a combination of subjective and objective rough set-analytic hierarchy process and grey relational analysis to construct a comprehensive comparison model for the site selection of garden waste collection points.The main contents are as follows: first,use rough set equivalence relation theory to reduce site selection indicators to obtain core indicators;second,use improved analytic hierarchy process and rough set theory to carry out objective weighting and subjective weighting of nuclear indicators respectively,and integrate subjective and objective weights based on the theory of minimum relative entropy;third,make site selection decisions based on gray correlation analysis.Finally,this paper takes Jinniuling Park as one of the large-scale garden parks in Haikou City as an example to carry out an empirical study on the selection of garden waste collection points.Using the comprehensive comparison model built,four nuclear indicators of noise and dust pollution,site construction conditions,construction costs,and tourist acceptance were obtained.At the same time,the most suitable location for setting up garden waste collection points and the most unsuitable location for setting up collection points were determined among the eight candidate points.The results show that the most suitable location selected by the model is located in the park with convenient transportation,few environmental impact targets,and complete infrastructure.This is more consistent with the actual situation and demonstrates the rationality and applicability of the model built. |
