Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Government Supervision And Management Of Municipal Solid Waste Sorting

Under the background of the new era,social economy is developing rapidly,urban construction is in full swing,and consumers’ living standards have been greatly improved.Coupled with the increasing variety and quantity of goods,a large amount of urban domestic garbage has been produced.It has caused great pollution to the environment and seriously affected the health of urban residents.How to solve this problem becomes the primary task,and these municipal domestic wastes can be classified and treated,and the government plays an indispensable role as a regulator in the garbage classification and treatment.There are various contradictions in the process of municipal solid waste classification and treatment,which need the supervision and management of the government,so as to ensure the quality of life of urban residents.Strengthen the government’s supervision over the treatment of municipal domestic waste,strangle the non-compliant waste treatment in the cradle,and improve the quality of life of urban residents.Government supervision is also conducive to protecting the urban environment,improving the government’s supervision ability in the treatment of municipal solid waste,and facilitating the standardized treatment of municipal solid waste.In the process of practical research,this paper makes full use of literature research and case analysis,and analyzes the present situation of government supervision on classified treatment of municipal solid waste from five aspects of government supervision policies and regulations,supervision objects,supervision means,responsibilities of supervision institutions and supervision modes,and finds out the problems existing in classified treatment of municipal solid waste,including imperfect supervision basis,unclear responsibilities of supervisory subjects,backward supervision means and lack of high-quality supervision team.And put forward the corresponding solutions to these problems: first,clarify the related responsibilities of the supervisory subject,provide a clear basis for the supervisory subject to exercise the supervisory power,and help the supervisory subject to improve their sense of responsibility.Secondly,establish and improve the laws and regulations related to the classified treatment of municipal solid waste and the charging system,and a sound regulatory basis is conducive to the government’s supervision of the classified treatment of municipal solid waste.Third,improve the quality of supervision team,which affects the effect of government supervision,so we can improve the quality of supervision team through regular training.Fourth,with the development of society,the government should innovate the means of government supervision in the classified treatment of municipal solid waste,and make full use of technologies such as network,cloud computing,artificial intelligence and big data in the supervision of classified treatment of municipal solid waste,which is conducive to the smooth development of government supervision.This paper analyzes the government’s regulatory problems in the classified treatment of municipal solid waste,and puts forward corresponding solutions to these problems,hoping that the research in this paper can help the government’s regulatory aspects in the classified treatment of municipal solid waste.
