| Environmental issues are one of the important factors that threatens the sustainable and high quality development of China ’s social economy.At the high level of the Chinese government,the Chinese public began to participate in the ranks of environmental governance through a variety of ways.It should be noted that in the context of a new media,the new media has become the primary channel for public participation in environmental governance.First of all,this paper combines Chinese reality based on the results of many scholars,and proposes two difficulties in my country’s environmental governance issues: "Market failure" and "government fail".Further propose the theoretical basis of environmental issues-multi-center governance theory.Secondly,this paper cases analyzes the three aspects of participation in my country,participation,and participation in three aspects of participation,and proposes the mechanism of public on environmental governance.That is,a public is involved in environmental governance through the government;the second public participates in corporate environmental governance;the three public participates in environmental governance through active constraints.Finally,in order to quantify the impact of public participation on environmental governance,this paper empirically studies the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in 2011-2018,and divides them in accordance with the public’s participation approach Traditional ways and new media methods are studied.It should be noted that in this process,this paper has innovatively studies the public through We Chat complaints on environmental governance effects.In addition,this paper constructs an indicator of the government’s environmental attention.The role of government and public interaction on environmental governance was studied.Through research,public participation can significantly improve environmental governance effects.Compared to traditional means,the public participates in environmental governance more significant through new media methods.The interaction between the government and the public can greatly enhance environmental governance. |
