Research Risk Assessment On The Mass Freight Sea-Railway Transportation Network Operation Performance And Application Study

Mass freight transportation is one of the main contents of the main modes of transport.With the globalization of information networks and global markets gradually forming and China’s rapid economic development,mass freight logistics is in increasingly strong demand,and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.A significant trend in today’s freight transport is the logistics,low-cost,high-quality logistics service concept that has penetrated the transport of mass freight.Many uncertain factors made mass freight transportation risk management have gradually got more attention.One of the most important parts of the overall links,risk assessment’s purpose is to evaluate the risk,the interaction between risks,and the risk tolerance ability to the project subject.Thus,leading to the risk level conclusion and providing the necessary data to select the final decision for the risk response plan.Therefore,the risk analysis and evaluation of the transport network have important significance.In this paper,mass freight transport networks(mainly on the sea-railway combined transport network)are a study object of risk assessment.The first thing is a comprehensive analysis of the sea-railway combined coal transportation network.Secondly,through consulting many kinds of literature,analyse transportation network risk and management,identify the steps of risk assessment.Then through qualitative and quantitative points of view,the sea-rail transport network risk evaluation index system is established,and through the grey,clustering to optimize index system integration.Finally,do a risk assessment to sea-railway combined coal transportation of Shanxi province using the constructed index system,model,and evaluation method,then the summary of this network is "risk level is between medium and high."...
