With the continuous development of the economy,the competition between enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.To survive and develop in the fierce competition,we must keep up with the times and reduce the capital occupied by inventory.Inventory is a double-edged sword.If there is too much inventory,it will take up a lot of funds of the company;if there is too little inventory,the company’s production needs cannot be met in a timely manner,customer service levels will decline,and the company’s reputation will be affected.Therefore,it is important for any company to adopt a proper raw material classification method and ordering strategy.In this paper,by reading a large amount of relevant literature and sorting out and analyzing,the related theories and methods involved are studied in depth.Under the guidance of theory and method,based on the actual situation of graphite company GX Company as a starting point,the classification method and ordering strategy of raw materials in its inventory are discussed.First of all,the status of raw material management of GX graphite enterprises is summarized and analyzed.For the problems existing in this company,55 kinds of raw materials(including flake graphite,spherical graphite,micronized graphite,artificial graphite,high purity graphite,battery powder and graphite)which are commonly used by GX company were selected.Paper seven categories)to conduct research and use ABC classification to initially classify the raw materials of GX companies,but the traditional ABC classification only considers the "capital occupation" as an influencing factor,and lacks the "degree of impact on stock shortages and advance orders" for raw materials.Analysis and consideration of factors such as period,difficulty of purchase,etc.,so the AHP method was used to improve it,the expert score method was used to calculate the importance of each raw material,and the AHP is the improved classification results are analyzed.Then,based on the classification results,an appropriate ordering strategy is formulated for each type of raw material to reduce inventory costs.For the company’s Class A raw materials,the overall goal of the model is to minimize the total cost of raw materials in inventory,consider the price discount when multiple raw materials are ordered in batches,build an ordering model,and then call gurobi,a mathematical planning optimizer,to solve this problem through visual studio.The model realizes the optimization problem of raw material ordering.Then take the purchase amount of three basic raw materials of GX Company as an example,and use this model to calculate and compare the cost value before and after the model is applied and when it is ordered by JIT.Many,thus verifying the feasibility of the ordering model for class A raw materials;using just-in-time procurement(JIT)management strategies for class B raw materials;and adopting a regular order management strategy for class C raw materials.After research and analysis of the actual situation of GX Company,an order optimization model suitable for the company was proposed,which reduced the total inventory cost and fundamentally solved the raw material management level of GX Company. |
