In recent years,global economic growth has continued to slow down,with the increasing of market uncertainties,risk and challenge factors,the international trade environment has become increasingly complex.At the same time,the cost of various domestic production factors has continued to rise,resulting in the gradual weakening of China’s export trade competitive advantage.Facing the double pressure at home and abroad,China’s artificial blown glass and deep processing industries,especially the small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises mainly engaged in OEM production,have suffered unprecedented shocks and challenges from their original business models,and their development has been difficult.Hi-Lead company as an OEM company in the foreign trade of glass products,Recent years,the company’s operating performance has shown a downward trend year by year.Therefore,the company needs to formulate a reasonable and effective corporate development strategy in the new situation,re-cultivate core competitiveness,and provide new momentum for sustainable development of the company.With this background,the dissertation takes the Hi-Lead company as the research object,and formulates a suitable company development strategy for the purpose of analyzing and researching according to the clue of raising the problem,analyzing the reason,and the resolving the problem.The article uses strategic analysis tools such as PEST,SWOT,the Porter Five Forces Model,and the value chain analysis methods,adopts research methods such as literature research method and case study method.Analyzing the strategic environment and status quo of the company from external macro environment,industry competition environment,enterprise internal environment and capabilities,etc,.By matching the four factors from strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise itself,the externally facing opportunities and threats,reach the conclusion of four alternative strategic transformation directions.After comparison and analysis,this dissertation finally clarified the specific development strategy suitable for the company: to promote the development of products from foundry production to independent design and independent brand,while relying on the e-commerce platform to improve the company’s integrated sales channel integration strategy,to achieve enterprise OEM to ODM,Finally,the transformation and upgrade to OBM.In addition,in order to ensure the implementation of the company’s development strategy and the realization of strategic goals,this dissertation also puts forward suggestions for the strategy implementation path and implementation measures.It is hoped that this dissertation will provide inspiration and help for the future strategic transformation and upgrading of Hi-Lead company through the research and application of strategic theory and development strategy practice,so as to enhance the company’s core competitiveness and get rid of business difficulties.At the same time,it can provide reference for strategic development of local similar traditional foreign trade companies.
