In recent years,with the rapid development of information technology in the Internet era and the promotion of global economic integration,cross-border e-commerce has ushered in an important development opportunity,and has become an important trade mode in the future international trade.Through cross-border e-commerce channels,it can provide new technical support and growth mode for the further development of traditional foreign trade enterprises.M company is an enterprise engaged in traditional foreign trade.The time to expand cross-border e-commerce channels is late,and all aspects of cross-border online business are imperfect.How to design M company's cross-border e-commerce channel expansion strategy has become an important part of M company's trade model transformation.Based on the business development status of M company's cross-border e-commerce channel expansion,this paper summarizes many problems existing in M company's cross-border e-commerce channel expansion business,including the existing low efficiency of cross-border e-commerce platform business,the selection of third-party platform,inventory and logistics management issues.Through the analysis of the causes of M company's problems,this paper designs M company's cross-border e-commerce channel expansion strategy,so as to help M company carry out business more efficiently and make the enterprise more competitive.Based on the above analysis of M company's problems,this paper attempts to design M company's cross-border e-commerce channel expansion strategy,Mainly from the selection of third-party platform to expand channels,improve the online inventory management system,optimize logistics mode,establish commodity brand and other aspects,to improve and reference M company's cross-border e-commerce channel expansion strategy.Finally,the paper explains the guarantee measures for the implementation of M company's cross-border e-commerce channel expansion strategy,including organization construction,personnel training,capital guarantee,technical support,account security maintenance,etc.,which can better promote the steady improvement of M company's cross-border e-commerce channel expansion business.Not only that,this study can also let more enterprises engaged in traditional foreign trade get the reference of trade transformation,which has certain reference significance in helping them to rapidly improve their performance of cross-border e-commerce channel expansion and enter into the profit model.
