| With the rapid development of our society and the continuous expansion of the scale of economic construction,large-scale engineering projects that need to be planned,designed and put into practice are also increasing.These projects involve many factors,and need to use advanced instruments,equipment and technology,so it brings many risk factors to the implementation of the project.The large-scale engineering project itself has the characteristics of large investment and long cycle,which may lead to the increase of project risk.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the risk management of large-scale engineering project and improve it.In this study,A acrylonitrile project was selected as the research object.According to the ideas of raising problems,analyzing problems and solving problems,the research background and significance of the research were analyzed,and the development and research status of risk management related fields at home and abroad were studied,and the research content,research methods,technical route and chapter arrangement of this study were put forward.Methods review,put forward the concept of risk,large-scale engineering project risk,large-scale project risk management,analyzed the causes,characteristics and management problems of large-scale engineering project risk;then briefly introduced the overview of A acrylonitrile project,including project location,natural conditions,scope,content and project.This paper introduces the content of A acrylonitrile project risk management,studies the risk management mode of A acrylonitrile project organization,progress,quality,safety,capital and cost risk management mode,analyzes the problems existing in the project risk management and the reasons for the problems;finally,according to the problems existing in the risk management of A acrylonitrile project,the corresponding improvement is designed.The plan mainly includes strengthening risk management awareness,implementing risk management responsibilities,improving communication system,improving various risk management procedures,responding to emergencies and emergencies,and building risk management information system,so as to realize timely and safe intermediate delivery of A acrylonitrile project.This study takes A acrylonitrile project as an example to improve the risk management of A acrylonitrile project,so as to improve the risk management level of a acrylonitrile project,and finally make the project more smoothly implemented and the enterprise can develop healthily and stably.In addition,it is also hoped that it can play a certain reference and help role in risk management of other related large-scale engineering projects. |
