Research On Contract Risk Management Of Jiangsu Jin Mei Ultra Low Emission EPC Project Of China United Engineering Corporation

With the comprehensive promotion of EPC mode in China,the risk management of EPC project has higher requirements,and contract risk management is the top priority of the EPC project risk management.Therefore,how to improve EPC project contract risk management is an important realistic research topic.In this paper,Jiang Su Jin Mei ultra low emission EPC project is studied systematically from the aspects of risk identification,assessment,control and monitoring of EPC project contract risk management.Based on the contract risk items of similar engineering cases and the research summary of risk management experts and scholars,this paper uses the method of questionnaire to establish the contract risk index system.The contract risk index system includes two first-level risks :environment risk and contract clause risk,and nine second-level contract risks,a series of analyses are carried out by using AHP method,including The weight analysis and The consistency analysis,to obtain the comprehensive weight of risk items of EPC contract risk.Combined with the scoring of contract risk items of this project,the contract risk level of this project is obtained.Finally,the key risk control schemes are formulated for three grade I major risks:engineering liability clause risk,economic and market risk,contract payment and payment clause risk,and conventional risk control schemes are adopted for three grade II major risks and three grade III risks respectively.Through a series of researches on the contract risk management of Jiang Su Jin Mei ultra-clean emission EPC project,the key points of EPC project contract management are clarified,the EPC contract management process is sorted out,and the effectiveness of The contract management system of CUC is verified,which provides a strong guarantee for the implementation of the EPC project.
