Study On Machine Tool Control Panel Design Panel Design Based On UI Theory

As the rapid development of computer technology, computer plays a more and more important role in people’s daily life, such as computer and mobile phone which are essential products for human life. The interaction between human and machine becomes the focus of enterprises. The huge success of apple mobile phone mainly owes to the fire-new experience for consumers, especially the excellent performance of the human-computer interaction. During this action, as a direct communication interface with consumers, the UI (user interface) plays a very important role and gets attention from more and more companies and enterprises. As the most important product in manufacturing industry, digit control machine relates to the machining accuracy and machining safety issues during the operation, and the UI (user interface) design is very important in the control panel of digit control machine. The weakness of the user interface design in our control panel design process brings the lack competition in the like products, so the market are occupied by Japan Fanuc and Germany Siemens digit control machine.Through the research of the UI (user interface) design theory, aim at the characters during the digit control machine operation, this thesis researches the digit control machine users, the digit control machine alternation design, and the analysis of digit control machine software-hardware interface. Put the UI (user interface) design theory into the control panel of digit control machine to give users a fire-new experience which can bring convenience to users, enhance the process precision of digit control machine and reduce the safety misadventure for the unreasonable design.Finally, through the application of UI (user interface) theory in the digit control machine panel, it can get the design principles of UI (user interface) design used in digit control machine panel. Through pointing out the design principles, it can find out the theory evidence for the future digit control machine panel which can get the better reorganization of consumers and enhance the international competition with the similar products.
