In this paper, the design research of filling equipment is mainly applied to filling ink,rapid and convenient filling ink cartridges can come true. According to the design requirements of the ink cartridges filling equipment, designed a combination of mechanical system and control system of filling equipment. Equipment can realize multiple ink cartridges or single ink cartridge filling task. To reduce the manual operation and improve the efficiency of the whole of the ink cartridges filling is order to basically realize the automatic filling ink cartridges.Comprehensive research status and development trend of the industry for domestic and international filling equipment, clarify the significance of the research. Aim at the characteristics of the cartridge filling and providing principle of filling ink, determine the filling equipment of filling method, technological process and the whole machine. Finally,the transmission scheme of filling equipment moving parts is selected.Cartridges filling equipment adopts industrial used syringes and electric putter.According to supporting the use of both, completes filling ink in the process of absorbing and injections. Through the different design, analysis and comparison the functional requirement, ink injection efficiency and economy. Finally, filling ink tripod mechanism has been finalized. Filling ink tripod institutions are regard as the critical component of filling equipment. Through the related check calculation for the selected parts,the reliability of the filling ink tripod is determined. In order to better complete vacuum and injection of ink cartridge and the cartridge fixed installation more convenient, the company existing cylinder body and the cartridge pack card institution was improved design. To guarantee the safety and stability of the ink cartridge ink injection process, the cylinder body fitted with linear slide rail. Considering the installation position of various agencies and other components, completes the layout of the main body, framework and design. At the same time limit and schedule control of the moving parts, choose the corresponding proximity switch. Through all aspects of design, finally complete the ink cartridges filling equipment of mechanical system design.After completion of the whole filling equipment of mechanical structure design, it is necessary for finite element analysis on the key institutions of the equipment. The principle of the ink cartridges filling equipment of stepper motor driver circuit, electromagnetic valve circuit and the design of the main control circuit has carried on the brief introduction, and take advantage of Altium Designer for the design of PCB each circuit. The way can reduce the filling equipment in the number of electrical components and other control components.It will make whole body internal structure become tidy and beautiful.
