| Farmland ecosystem as a natural interaction of ecosystem and human activities,the influence of human activities on the farmland ecosystem is very significant,farmland ecosystem in its function and stability,the particularity of sustainable development,it can play in addition to other ecosystems in common such as gas regulation,climate regulation,water conservation ecological function,also includes food production,raw material supply relationship with social stability important ecosystem services.Therefore,the stability of cultivated land ecosystem and the ability of sustainable development play an irreplaceable role in the stability and security of food,society and economy in China.From the perspective of natural resource endowment,Shandong province is very suitable for agricultural production,and it is very important to effectively protect cultivated land resources.As the eastern coastal economic strong province of Shandong province,in recent years the rapid development of GDP,urbanization has been accelerated,but level of farmers’ income is engaged in agricultural production and the income gap of urban residents is more and more big,lead to the enthusiasm of farmers engaged in agricultural production is not high,food production lagged,cultivated land protection enthusiasm is not high,the pressure of cultivated land protection.Through the research and analysis of the cultivated land quantity and cultivated land quality,although the cultivated land quantity in Shandong province is relatively stable at present,the cultivated land quality declines and the cultivated land protection performance is not optimistic.Although the current cultivated land protection system in Shandong Province is relatively strict,the cultivated land protection problem cannot be fundamentally solved.Therefore,the establishment of cultivated land ecological compensation mechanism is particularly important for the protection of cultivated land in Shandong Province.In Shandong province in this paper,the main content of the cultivated land compensation mechanism,including the definition of subject and object of ecological compensation,ecological compensation mode choice has carried on the detailed elaboration,and cultivated land ecological compensation in shandong province,the difficult point of the cultivated land ecological compensation standard to determine the ecological service function value method,the ecological carrying capacity model,the ecological footprint model has carried on the quantitative research,and get the following conclusion:The value of cultivated land ecological service function is on the rise in Shandong Province and other cities in general.The increase of cultivated land ecological service value is the result of the comprehensive effect of factors such as the increase of price caused by the improvement of economic level and the increase of natural grain yield per unit area with the development of science and technology.From 2009 to 2018,both the per capita cultivated land ecological footprint and the per capita cultivated land ecological carrying capacity in Shandong Province were on the rise.Compared with the increase of the per capita cultivated land ecological footprint,the increase of the per capita cultivated land ecological carrying capacity was small,leading to the increasing of the per capita cultivated land ecological deficit.Based on the overall analysis of ecosystem service value,per capita cultivated land ecological footprint,per capita cultivated land ecological carrying capacity and the current situation of rural economic and social development in Shandong province and other cities,the quantitative model of cultivated land ecological compensation standard in Shandong Province and other cities was constructed,and the calculation and research of cultivated land ecological compensation standard in Shandong Province and other cities were carried out,Furthermore,it puts forward some reasonable suggestions on the construction of cultivated land ecological compensation mechanism in Shandong Province. |
