| As China’s economic and social development reaches a new stage,solving the problem of construction waste problem has become a hot topic of social concern.Construction waste recycling industries and projects are ushering the great opportunity.At the same time,the construction waste recycling project has the characteristics of both public welfare and potential economic benefits,so that it is suitable for using the PPP model.Therefore,in recent years,various regions have begun to implement construction waste recycling PPP projects,so as to give full play to the respective advantages of the government and social capital,and accelerate the implementation of such projects.The construction waste recycling PPP project has the characteristics of long life cycle,complex process,and multiple participants.Therefore,risk management is crucial to the successful implementation of the project.Based on the study of the PPP model,project risk management and construction waste recycling projects,this thesis takes X construction waste recycling PPP project as the research object,and proposes the following improvements for the problems faced in project risk management plan: Identify the risk factors of the project’s full life cycle,build a risk evaluation index system and evaluate the project risk.Then propose risk management measures such as risk allocation based on the project risk identification and evaluation results.It is hoped that through the research in this thesis,the implementation of the X construction waste recycling project will be more successful and earlier.Meanwhile,hope this thesis could be helpful to promote the service level of Y Engineering Consulting Company. |
