Under the goal of sustainable green economic development,enterprises with high energy consumption and high emissions are facing multiple pressures such as three-dimensional energy saving and supply chain emission reduction.The effectiveness of emission reduction of enterprises is not only related to the final realization of the national double carbon target,but also the key to whether enterprises can cope with the future national environmental policies and the pressure of gradually increasing production costs;whether the pressure of emission reduction can be turned into motivation to change the status quo of high energy consumption and high emission through green technology innovation is the bottleneck problem of the survival and development of enterprises at present.The solution to this problem depends on green technology innovation capability.Therefore,it is the current green development idea of high energy-consuming and high-emissions enterprises to think about how to improve the level of green technology innovation from the perspective of green technology innovation capability and then realize the green development of enterprises.The enterprise H selected in this paper is a high energy-consuming and high-emission enterprise.In order to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise,enterprise H has made a lot of investment in staff structure,operation mechanism and green technology innovation,but with little success,and the number of R&D achievements has been decreasing year by year.With the intensification of market competition,the increase of various costs and the low efficiency of R&D,if Enterprise H cannot make timely adaptive adjustments,it may seriously affect the development speed,operational efficiency and performance level of the company.How to strengthen the enterprise’s green technology innovation ability,drive the development of the enterprise through green technology innovation ability and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise is a problem that the enterprise needs to solve urgently.In this thesis,we designed an evaluation model of green technology innovation capability of enterprise H based on the improvement model through literature method,and analyzed the influencing factors of green technology innovation capability of enterprise H using empirical comparative analysis.The green technology innovation capability evaluation model based on the improved model evaluates the green technology innovation capability in enterprise H: Firstly,the green technology innovation capability of enterprise H is studied and analyzed in three aspects: green technology support capability,green technology input capability and green technology output capability.Secondly,the improved green technology innovation capability evaluation model is established and the gray clustering method is used to evaluate the green technology innovation capability in enterprise H.By comparing the industry leader S enterprises through the comparative analysis method,the shortcomings of enterprise H in green technology innovation capability are analyzed and discussed,so as to propose to enterprise H how to strengthen the enterprise green technology innovation capability program in the future development of green economy.This thesis integrates the multidisciplinary theories and techniques such as mathematical statistics,computer programming,econometrics,etc.,to deeply analyze the impact of green technology innovation capability on the development of enterprises,and provide suggestions and recommendations for improving the green technology innovation capability of high energy-consuming and high-emission enterprises,so as to help improve their competitiveness in future development.Specifically,the following conclusions are followed.Firstly,the thesis finds that enterprises still have certain limitations in the evaluation model based on the traditional green technology innovation capability,therefore,based on the previous research results,this thesis improves the evaluation model of enterprises’ green technology innovation capability,uses the actual data of enterprises as the benchmark for index screening and reduces fuzzy indexes for evaluating enterprises’ green technology innovation capability.Secondly,three suggestions are included on how to enhance the green technology innovation capability of H enterprises.First,for the existing operation model of Enterprise H,further optimization is recommended to enhance the profitability of the company.By recruiting more high-level talents,the education level of the enterprise employees will be improved.The introduction of high-level talents will bring more innovative thinking and strategic vision to the enterprise and help promote green technology innovation.Second,it is recommended that H enterprises increase their investment in green technology R&D.By increasing R&D funds and resources,the enterprise’s R&D capability in the field of green technology should be enhanced.At the same time,the professionalism of R&D personnel in the field of green technology should be enhanced and relevant training and education should be provided for them to improve their technical level and innovation ability.In addition,establish good cooperation with the government and other related institutions to seek more financial subsidies and provide more support and resources for green technology innovation.Finally,it is recommended to apply more green technologies to the end of the pollution emission in order to effectively reduce the pollution emission of enterprises.By adopting green technologies,enterprises can reduce the generation and emission of pollutants and achieve resource and energy savings.In addition,the patent output system of enterprises should be improved,and an effective incentive mechanism should be established to encourage employees to make more contributions in green technology innovation and to protect their intellectual property rights(especially the right to the results of job inventions). |
