In the context of frequent accidents in petrochemical industry,the continuous growth of natural gas consumption has increasingly highlighted the demand of gas conveying enterprises for accurate,reasonable and comprehensive risk assessment of gas transmission stations.In order to solve the problem that the establishment of risk evaluation index system is not perfect and the quantitative evaluation risk target is too single,this paper studies the risk evaluation method of gas transmission station on the basis of investigating the accident risk of process equipment in gas transmission station.In this paper,the gas transmission station is divided into 11 elements according to the process flow,region and function of gas transmission,and 92 indicators are determined according to the risk factors that often appear in the process of production and operation.Then,taking the risk matrix(LS)method as the cornerstone,the key risk control factors of each indicator are comprehensively analyzed,and a set of data acquisition criteria based on the proportion of time and quantity are given.Based on the hierarchical and gray attributes of the risk of gas transmission station,the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)was applied to assign the weight of the evaluation index system and then the grey clustering method was applied to cluster the index risk degree.In order to reduce the amount of calculation,VB 6.0 was used to compile the risk evaluation software of gas transmission station.Finally,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the possibility index and the severity index of D natural gas transmission station by means of a questionnaire survey and the established evaluation software.Results show that the gas transmission station impermeability index involving the main risks of the equipment,the main risk areas for compressor area,the overall risk of gas transmission station as part of the ? low risk,the conclusion of the evaluation of the model is proved effective and reliable software.The risk evaluation model based on AHP-grey clustering can comprehensively identify system risks and effectively improve the comprehensiveness and practicability of the risk evaluation system of gas transmission station,which has important practical significance for guiding the risk control of gas transmission station.
