As a kind of advanced ceramic processing equipment,glaze spraying robot workstations have gradually been recognized by the market in recent years,and have large market demand.However,the structure of the glaze spraying robot workstation is complicated,and the assembly should be installed in accordance with the process standard order,and strictly in accordance with the relevant technical requirements.This process is prone to defects in equipment quality,delays in construction period and unnecessary costs due to lack of assembly personnel experience.Therefore,how to carry out efficient and economical assembly technology training has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.The introduction of new technical training methods and technical training to assist the assembly of workstations has become an urgent need for enterprises.This dissertation refers to relevant solutions at home and abroad,combines with the current status of assembly technology training of glaze robot workstations,and integrates the training content of the glaze robot workstation assembly process and technical requirements to develop a glaze robot workstation virtual assembly training software using virtual assembly technology under the principles of advancement,authenticity,practicability,economy,interactivity,expand-ability,and safety.Training content,using virtual assembly technology to design and implement a glaze robot workstation virtual assembly training software.The software consists of three modules: assembly teaching,assembly assessment and system setting.Assembly teaching module includes assembly animation demonstration,workstation assembly sequence,workstation assembly technical description,workstation operation demonstration,etc.;assembly assessment module includes assembly process sequence assessment,assembly key technology assessment,etc.;System management should include system configuration management and user information management functions.This software adopts the interactive mode of mouse and keyboard,and runs on the operating system of Windows XP and above,so that the trainees can use it conveniently and quickly,saving the use cost of the software.Software development uses Unity3 D virtual reality engine,Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 and C# language to write.Polygon Cruncher is used to simplify the existing Solidworks parts and equipment model file model to reduce the amount of model data and ensure the smoothness of Unity3 D development and operation.This software uses recursive algorithms,ray detection,C# dictionary,UGUI event mechanism,Button animation mechanism and other methods to achieve the relevant functions of the software,and complete the work of building the software.It has been tested that each functional module of this software can meet the basic design requirements,indicating that the virtual assembly training software of the glaze spraying robot meets the expected requirements.It can assist users to reduce the training cost of workstation assembly technical training,improve training efficiency and training quality,and can arrange training anytime and anywhere.The virtual training realized by this software can be organically connected and cooperated with the actual operation training to achieve better training effect.
