With the vigorous promotion of "Internet + Service" and "Platform Economy",instant delivery service has achieved unprecedented development, and the resulting traffic safety violations also need to be paid attention to.Therefore,in order to effectively reduce the occurrence of road traffic accidents and ensure the traffic safety of riders,it is of certain significance to study the risky driving behavior of instant delivery riders. This paper takes the instant delivery riders as the research object, investigates their personal basic information and risky driving behaviors, and constructs the structural equation model based on the Extended Theory of Planned Behavior to explore the influencing factors of risky driving behaviors, and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures. The main research work of this paper is as follows:Firstly, this paper analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of instant delivery and combines the driving behavior of the instant delivery riders in the actual distribution process to determine the six dimensions of risky driving behaviors including distracted driving behavior,non-comity behavior, negligence behavior, irregular behavior, leading behavior and aggressive behavior. And this paper adds variables such as conformity tendency, salary expectation and traffic environment to extended the Theory of Planned Behavior. On this basis, the original questionnaire of the risky driving behavior of instant delivery is designed. The pre-survey is conducted in a small scale. The item analysis and reliability and validity test of the questionnaire are carried out based on the data results of the pre-survey.According to the analysis results, the items of the original questionnaire are corrected to conform the formal questionnaire.Secondly, using the valid data of the formal survey, this paper discusses the influence of the basic information of the riders on the risky driving behavior of the instant delivery through the average difference test. The results show that there are significant differences in the risky driving behavior of the rider’s gender, age, education level, type of rider, working time, number of delivery orders, income and number of accidents, etc.,and then multiple comparisons are made by using the Scheffe method. And using the K-means clustering method to divide the riders into four categories: Safe-Stability,Dangerous-Action,Dangerous-Forward and SafeNegligence, discussing the performance of different types of riders in expanding TPB variables. The results show that the dangerous riders > the safe riders in attitude, perceived behavioral control, conformity tendency, salary expectation and traffic environment. Finally, this paper constructs a structural equation model of risky driving behavior in instant delivery based on the Extended Theory of Planned Behavior, and verifies the model and analyzes the path. The model results show that:(1)Attitude,perceived behavioral control, conformity tendency, salary expectation and traffic environment have positive effects on risky driving behavior intention, and subjective norm has negative effects on behavior intention, and perceived behavioral control and subjective norm have great influences on risk driving behavior intention.(2)Behavioral intention and perceived behavioral control have a direct positive effect on risky driving behavior, and behavioral intention has the greatest impact on behavior.According to the conclusion of the model, the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to prevent and reduce the risky driving behavior of immediate distribution.
