Research On Security Management Optimization Of Enterprise A Based On Dual Prevention Mechanism

In recent years,in China,the major accidents occurred successively,such asthe explosion of the "8·12" dangerous goods storage warehouse of Ruihai Company in Port of Tianjin,exposed our country still exists in the safe production aspect "does not recognize clearly,does not think,manages not well" the question to be prominent.In order to solve these outstanding problems,it is necessary to set up a dual prevention mechanism of graded management and control of safety risks and check and control of hidden dangers,from Accident Hidden Danger Investigation and treatment to safety production risk management and control.Based on a comprehensive review of the relevant academic literature on Work Safety Management System at home and abroad,this paper introduces the basic situation and theory of Work Safety Management,taking a group company as the main research object,in view of its safety production management present situation question carries on the analysis,it is found that there are still some problems such as incomplete risk control mechanism,substandard safety management standardization,lack of implementation ability of safety production management and insufficient risk awareness of contractors,in the light of these problems,the root causes of these problems have been thoroughly studied,and an optimization scheme based on security risk management and security hidden trouble detection has been put forward,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization measures of the project,the corresponding organization departments were established,and the relevant systems,safety training systems,process monitoring and dynamic management systems were established.It is hoped that this study can provide a practical case for the safety management of state-owned ecological and environmental protection enterprises.
