Study On The Construction Of Double Prevention Mechanism In Chemical Enterprises

Under the situation of rapid economic and social development,the chemical industry is booming.Due to the continuous increase of complex technological processes and chemical categories,disasters and accidents inevitably occur frequently.The experience of accident is summarized,and it is found that the occurrence of accident is closely related to the risks and hidden dangers existing in the enterprise.Under the strong promotion of the Chinese government,the construction of double prevention mechanism for high-risk industries is gradually becoming the key development direction of safety management.It is a new breakthrough in the development direction of safety management to control the risks of enterprises through the combination of risk classification control and hidden danger detection and management.To solve above problems,combining with double prevention mechanism construction principle,double prevention mechanism research chemical enterprise of construction,the main results are as follows: this paper analyzed the characteristics of chemical industry production is associated with risk,hidden danger of theory;Study theory and the connotation of dual prevention mechanism construction,analyzes the quantitative risk index weight and the risk classification,the method of removing hidden studied based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of risk classification method,dual prevention mechanism chemical enterprises are pointed out the deficiencies and defects;Based on the empirical analysis of Tangshan Sanyou ChlorAlkali Company,this paper discusses the application of risk classification and hidden danger screening and control methods in actual chemical enterprises,and demonstrates the practicability of the construction of dual prevention mechanism in chemical enterprises.Figure 3;Table 20;Reference 62...
