Research On The Issues Of Agricultural Development In Jilin Province Under The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

Agriculture, as the material basis of human resources, with rapid economicdevelopment, is also under drastic development in20th Century. But ecological issuesbecome more and more striking with agricultural development. By introspecting somedeveloped countries tried to transform the agricultural growth pattern from extentivegrowth to sustainable development with energy reservation and favorableenvironment. What ecological advocates is the realization of rational allocation ofresources, sustainability of balance and stability of ecological system, and promotionof harmonious coexistence between humans and nature, society. Ecologicalcivilization, since first proposed in the Report of the17th National Congress of CPC,its construction became the striving goal in building moderately prosperous society inall round way, and also serves as the direction and core guide thought of agriculturaldevelopment.Currently in China, most research on agricultural development adopts lowcarbon agriculture, ecological agriculture, and circulatory agriculture as carrier.However my paper tries to focus on agriculture in Jilin Province from the view ofecological civilization, to based on the theory of sustainable development andrecycling economy and to adopt the combination of empirical analysis and normativeanalysis research methods, then to analyze status quo and issues in agriculturaldevelopment of Jilin province through field investigation, and to explore thecountermeasure toward agricultural issues of Jilin province under ecologicalcivilization.Firstly, the paper commences from the correlated data of agriculture ecologicalenvironment, agricultural resources, agricultural economy and agriculturalinfrastructure construction, and rural income etc, to analyse the status quo of Jilinagricultural development, and interpret the advantage of Jilin agriculturaldevelopment.Secondly, the paper analyzes the issues and causes of agricultural developmentissues of Jilin province from the view of ecological civilization. The main matters of agricultural development in Jilin province are that no sufficient prevention and cure ofagricultural pollution, low enthusiasm in agricultural production and the developmentof green agriculture, still imperfection of agricultural infrasture, science andtechnology have not been fully applied, etc. And the weak ecological consciousnessin farmers, the lack of agricultural market information, little effect of agro-technicalpopularization, and inadequate supervision in agricultural policy are the main cause ofthese problems.Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to solve the the issues ofagricultural development in Jilin province under the perspective of ecologicalcivilization, like improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural resources andbiomass energy, adjust measures to local conditions to develop the agriculturalindustry, strengthen the agriculture support and guidance function of government,give full play to the role of the agricultural extension, popularizing agriculturalknowledge, strengthen farmers’ consciousness of ecological civilization, ect.
