Based on the construction theory,the paper uses case analysis,text analysis and content analysis as research methods,takes the short videos of country-themed gourmet foods by Li Ziqi,Dianxi Xiaoge and Ermi Cuiyan on You Tube as the research object.The research on the production form and content characteristics of the short video of Chinese rural food on You Tube explores its presentation of Chinese food and the cultural connotation behind it.The paper focuses on two core issues: the performance characteristics of short rural food videos on You Tube;the content characteristics and cultural connotations of short rural food videos on You Tube.Studies have found that the short videos of rural food on You Tube are good at internalizing food into daily life.While presenting food,they also present daily life,customs,etc.Based on the study of the external manifestations of short rural-themed videos on You Tube,this paper found that the short videos of rural-themed food on You Tube have diverse video themes,including cooking,stew,porridge,snacks,etc.,and the themes focus on cooking and snacks.The duration of short videos of country-themed food is concentrated between 3-6 minutes,and there is a trend of increasing year by year,and the video time span ranges from 1 day to 1 year,and there is a growing trend.This article analyzes the content characteristics of short videos of rural food on You Tube and finds that they value the freshness of the ingredients,and most of the ingredients are ready-to-eat,and the video producers will even plant and cultivate the ingredients themselves.The selection of ingredients is in line with the seasons,and the cooking food pays attention to the seasonal diet.The video presents various cooking techniques and diverse cooking seasonings,reflecting from the side that seasoning is the soul of Chinese cuisine.The video shows the relationship between seasons,food customs and folk customs,and there will be special foods in special seasons.In addition,the video also shows the pursuit of aesthetic interest in food,which is mainly reflected in the three aspects of the color,shape and beauty of the food,the fun atmosphere created by the fame and the beautiful environment,and the artistic techniques shown in the video.The study found that the videos of Li Ziqi,Xiaoge from Dianxi,and Ermi Cuiyan were so popular because of four points: silent film style,narrative style in daily life,common aesthetic feelings and meaning space,and resistance to modern anxiety.Four points were put forward.The enlightenment of external communication is that the main body of communication has changed from "single" to "multiple";the mode of communication has changed from "macro positive" to "combined with micro daily life";make good use of the high penetration of surface culture;avoid falling into "self-Orientalization" Dilemma.This paper is divided into four chapters.The introduction is mainly divided into two parts.The first is to explain the background and basis of the topic selection,the meaning of the topic,the theoretical basis of the topic selection,and the related literature review and research questions.Constructivism is introduced as the theoretical basis for the study of this article;the second is to explain the research methods.,Text analysis method and content analysis method,elaborate the specific operation method of content analysis method,specifically including sample collection standards,determine the analysis unit of the research,and based on the past research,according to the purpose and needs,carry out the category construction And coding,focusing on category selection and construction details.Chapter one mainly discusses the performance characteristics of short videos of country-themed food.It will analyze the three aspects of the video theme,the distribution and change of video duration,and the change of video time span.Chapter two is the core part of this paper.It mainly studies the content characteristics and cultural connotations of short videos of rural food.This chapter will discuss from five aspects:taking food as the sky and "heaven" as the food,focusing on the freshness of the ingredients,analyzing the source and cultivation of the food in the video;taking the season as the rule,not eating from time to time,focusing on The relationship between ingredients and the 24 solar terms in four seasons and four seasons,analyze the cultural meaning behind eating in time;the soul of cooking-the harmony of five flavors,analyze the use of condiments in short videos;food culture in folklore,focusing on food and festivals The relationship between food and the culture and customs behind the food is seen through food;the aesthetic pursuit in food culture is to explore the color,shape,beauty and elegance of food in cooking from an aesthetic point of view.Chapter three analyzes the reasons why short videos of country-themed food can become popular from the four perspectives of silent film style,narrative methods in daily life,common aesthetic feelings and meaning space,and anti-modern anxiety;then,three enlightenments for external communication are put forward: The main body of communication has changed from "single" to "multiple";the mode of communication has changed from "macro positive" to "combined with micro everyday";make good use of the high penetration of surface culture;avoid falling into the predicament of "self-Orientation".The conclusion part summarizes the deficiencies of the research,discusses the value and significance of rural short videos on You Tube,and briefly analyzes the current shortcomings and development directions of rural short videos on the You Tube platform.
