Research On Ecological Civilization Construction Of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone

The Global Risks Report released in 2019 warns that environmental threats are the greatest risks facing the world.How to face the environmental threat and how to deal with the relationship between man and nature are the main problem in the process of human development,and they are also the eternal theme in the process of human development.Recalling the development of human civilization,human beings have experienced the primitive civilization of worshipping nature,the agricultural civilization of relying on nature,the industrial civilization of conquering nature,and the ecological civilization of redefining and restoring the relationship between human beings and nature in the new era.Therefore,the development of the times and human development will inevitably lead us to analyze the ecological environment crisis from the perspective of ecological civilization construction,and explore the new human lifestyle and development path guided by the theory of ecological civilization construction.Guided by the theory of ecological civilization construction,this paper takes Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone as the research object,and studies the ecological civilization construction of Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone with five parts.The first part is the introduction.This part analyzes the background and significances of this research,and focuses on the research results of scholars at home and abroad on the construction of ecological civilization in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone,and expounds the ideas and methods of this research.The second part is the overview of concepts and theories of the ecological civilization construction.Firstly,this part analyzes the connotation of ecological civilization and ecological civilization construction.Secondly,this part focuses on the theoretical basis of the ecological civilization construction,summarizes the ecological thoughts of Marx and Engels,and theories of ecological civilization construction of previous leading collectives in China.Finally,this part analyzes significances of ecological civilization construction.The third part is the current situation of ecological civilization construction in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone.Firstly,this part introduces the basic situation of the questionnaire survey.Secondly,this part briefly introduces the Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone.Thirdly,this part analyzes the general situation of ecological civilization construction in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone.Finally,this part summarizes achievements of ecological civilization construction in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone.The fourth part summarizes main problems and analyzes the main reasons of ecological civilization construction in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone.The fifth part is the countermeasures to improve the construction of ecological civilization in Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone.This part puts forward that Wuhan East Lake High-tech Development Zone should establish and improve the system and mechanism of ecological civilization construction,make full use of the model of public private partnership,and realize the publicity and education routinization of ecological civilization.
