Wuhan East Lake Water Pollution Analysis And Control Countermeasures

With the rapid urbanization construction in our country,along with the high-speed development of social economy, urban water consumption and wastewater discharge have been increasing, which led to more serious pollution and destruction of water ecological system and function of water body. Therefore, how to realize the balance between effective prevention and control of water environment pollution in cities and development of social economy, is of far-reaching significance to the sustainable development of urban water environment. To deal with the complicated water pollution problem, this paper builds up the water capacity system to determine the load capacity of East Lake to water pollutant. And the advanced technology, TMDL is used to measure the total amount of pollutant in East areas, to understand the load capacity of East Lake. Meanwhile, the problems in pollution control are analyzed to put forward more effective countermeasures to control pollution.This article main research content is as follows:(1)In view of the present study analysis of lake water environment pollution control at home and abroad, through a great deal of literature to understand the current the status quo of the governance of lake water environment pollution, induces the use method. Through the east lake area of natural conditions and social economic situation and regional ecological features, analysis of the main pollution factors and the water quality condition, a comprehensive understanding of the present situation of the east lake water pollution.(2) According to the main pollution factors of lakes and lake water environment status quo, through determining the bearing capacity of water environment capacity and select influence each data index of water environment and constructing the east lake water environment index system, based on the index weight analysis of east lake water environment bearing capacity.(3) The use of the present popular TMDL program in the United States, according to the actual situation of the east lake to build up the east lake TMDL program, determine the pollutants in the east lake water:total nitrogen, total phosphorus and COD, calculate the east lake is the lake’s maximum daily load of pollutants.(4) Combined with all kinds of problems existing in the east lake water pollution governance, through the results analysis of east lake water pollution control measures.
