Research On The Existing Problems And Countermeasures Of Ecological Civilization Construction In Panjin

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,industrialization and urbanization,resource depletion,environmental pollution,ecological degradation and other problems are increasing.In the face of increasingly serious ecological problems,the party and the country attach great importance to environmental protection and ecological civilization construction,The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)incorporates ecological civilization construction into the overall layout of the country's “Five-point Strategy” and raises ecological civilization construction to an important position in the national strategy,it indicates that ecological civilization will become China's key work in the coming period.Panjin is rich in animal and plant resources,with national nature reserves and a variety of national protected animals.Under the background of national ecological civilization,Panjin also takes the opportunity of creating a national ecological construction demonstration area to actively carry out ecological civilization construction,however,with the rapid development of the city,Panjin still faces many ecological problems,like serious problems left over by history in the nature reserve,contradictions between resource development and protection,heavy pressure on environmental pollution from industrial activities,excessive pressure on financial input,and insufficient social participation.In this context,on the one hand,this study enriches the theoretical research of ecological civilization construction,on the other hand,it has guiding significance for Panjin to promote the construction of ecological civilization.Through literature analysis,interview,comparative analysis and other research methods,this paper systematically explains the connotation of ecological civilization construction,makes in-depth analysis on the current situation,existing problems and causes of problems of ecological civilization construction in Panjin,summarizes and draws lessons from the successful experience at home and abroad,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and recommendations based on the actual situation of Panjin,namely optimizing the pattern of land and space development,establishing and improving corresponding institutional mechanisms,promoting the green transformation of industries,establishing diversified financing mechanisms,and advocating public participation in the construction of ecological civilization,which is of practical significance to the study of the construction of ecological civilization and provides a decision-making reference for making the development strategy of ecological civilization in Panjin.
