The Research On The Energy Saving Of Government Management In Public Buildings Of Xi’an City

With the influence of China’s rapid economic development,more and more public buildings have been erected.Although those buildings can satisfy people’s demand for a better environment,and also inevitably cause a large amount of energy and resources consumption.Energy-saving of public buildings can not only alleviate the shortage of energy and resources,but also promote the economic development of the construction industry and other industries better.Therefore,we should correctly understand the importance of energy saving in public buildings,while constantly exploring and mining the potential of energy-saving of public buildings,we should also adopt reasonable policies and means to achieve the purpose of energy-saving and emission reduction in the building field,and promote the green and healthy development of China’s construction industry.This article in to the government of management of energy-saving of public building,on the basis of analyzing the elated concepts,theories,comb,summarize and learn from the developed countries in the aspect of successful experience of management of energy-saving of public buildings,contrapose energy-saving of public buildings of Xi ’an and the government management status,study found problems and analysis,summarize the founding and presents the implications how to solve the problem of management of energy-saving of public buildings in the future.the government should through the establishment of perfect legal guarantee system,promote the supervisor of energy-saving of public buildings service be outsourced.We must utilize many ways to manage problems of management of energy-saving of public building energy efficiency,to promote the growth and development of management of energy-saving of public building.
