Abstract/Summary:
Whether urban rail transit can operate reliably is directly related to passenger travel safety and efficiency.As Tianjin Rail Transit plays an increasingly important role in sharing the traffic pressure in Tianjin,passenger traffic continues to rise,and the operational risks that accompany it continue to increase,therefore,it is necessary to carry out research on risk assessment and countermeasures for Tianjin rail transit operations.This thesis has carried out the following research on the risk of Tianjin rail transit operation: firstly,the related literatures on rail transit risk research at home and abroad are reviewed,on the basis of this,according to the characteristics of urban rail transit,30 urban rail transit operational risk lists are selected through literature review;secondly,the status quo and existing problems of Tianjin rail transit operation risk management are analyzed,combined with the list of risk factors selected in the previous article,the Delphi expert method is used for further screening,and finally 25 list of risk factors for Tianjin rail transit operation are formed;finally,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the risk assessment model of Tianjin rail transit operation is constructed,the risk factors are comprehensively evaluated,and the importance of each factor is judged,the risk value of each risk factor is obtained,and finally based on the evaluation results,management mechanism and specific implementation perspective,put forward special countermeasures and suggestions for key operational risks,and put forward routine countermeasures and suggestions for general operational risks.According to the above research,the importance ranking of the five-level operational risk indicators of Tianjin Rail Transit has been obtained,the order from high to low is: equipment risk,management risk,human risk,material risk,and environmental risk.The results of this thesis provide a certain reference for improving the operation and management of Tianjin rail transit.
