Research On Operation Safety Risk Management Of Lanzhou Rail Transit Company Limited

The development of urban rail transit can alleviate the road traffic pressure to a certain extent and bring convenience to local citizens.Rail transit exhibits advantages of safety,punctuality and speed,making it being favored by more passengers.However,rail transit has the risk issues such as relatively closed space,dense population,and difficulty in evacuation and escape,leading to that the operation accident of rail transit not only cause huge casualties and economic losses,but also have seriously adverse social impacts.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out researches on the operation safety risk management of rail transit.In this thesis,after the literature investigations of operation-safety-management,risk-identification and risk-assessment methods of domestic/international rail transit,the operation safety risk management of Lanzhou rail transit is taken as the research object by the use of risk-management theory,accident-causing theory and modern-safety-management theory.Firstly,in terms of the current situation of operation safety risk management,the existing issues of Lanzhou rail transit are found out through statistical analysis of the typical operation safety problems and incidents occurred in recent years.Secondly,based on the system-safety theory and combining literature analysis method with operation practice,the index system of operation safety risk assessment of Lanzhou rail transit is constructed along with the risk identification from the "human,equipment,environment and management" four aspects;the operation safety risk assessment is conducted utilizing the entropy method and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,coming to a conclusion that the operation safety risk of Lanzhou rail transit is at a general risk level,specifically,human and equipment factors are at a general risk level,environment factor is at a relatively low risk level,and management factor is at a relatively high risk level.Finally,risk control strategies are proposed for different factors according to the risk assessment results.This thesis investigates the safety operation risk management of Lanzhou rail transit and proposes risk control strategies,aiming to improve the safety operation and risk management of Lanzhou rail transit,so as to promote the operation safety development and to achieve high economic benefits;and providing a guidance for the safety operation risk management of rail transit in other cities.
