Research On Enterprise Internal Control Based On Social Responsibility Perspective

The rise of chemical enterprises drives the growth of regional economy and accelerates the process of social development.In the era of rapid economic development,the production capacity of China’s chemical industry has always been at the forefront of the world.However,while many chemical enterprises have gained economic benefits,they have caused a series of incidents of lack of social responsibility,resulting in increasingly serious problems such as safety,employees’ rights and interests,and environmental pollution.The corporate neglect of social responsibility will not only damage the image of the enterprise,but also bring negative effects on economic benefits,so that the sustainable development of the enterprise is difficult to maintain.In the course of sustainable development,constructively integrating "social responsibility" into the internal control system is a choice that enterprises must make.In this paper,through literature,find information and found that there was a link between the social responsibility and the internal control,and put forward the idea: from the perspective of social responsibility to analyze problems,complete internal control defect repair,the construction of corporate social responsibility under the perspective of internal control system,and promote the enterprise sustainable development,co-prosperity coexistence with the society and environment.This paper takes the "March 21" explosion accident of Tianjia Company as an example to analyze the existing problems of internal control of enterprises from the perspective of corporate social responsibility.On the one hand,it explains the importance that enterprises must fulfill their social responsibilities at present.On the other hand,it also views the problems existing in the internal control of enterprises from a new perspective and puts forward a series of measures according to relevant regulations and guidelines,aiming at optimizing the internal control of enterprises.At present,many chemical enterprises turn a deaf ear to their social responsibilities.The point of view of this paper is to hope that chemical enterprises can balance the relationship between environment,economy and safety,and actively fulfill social responsibilities.
