Research On Stakeholder-based Social Responsibility Information Disclosure Of Lnmg Chemical Company

Since the reform and opening up,foreign investment enterprises in our country,increasing the scale of investment to build factories,played a significant role in economic growth in China,however,get big economic profit in the enterprise to enjoy pleasure,environmental contamination,destruction of resources and the quality of the product is unqualified,squeezing workers,such as events occur frequently,the occurrence of such negative events reflect the process of enterprise in the pursuit of profit maximization,ignoring the enterprise should shoulder the basic responsibility in the management,reduce the related party of the enterprise is concerned about the focus on daily business matters.Based on this,there is a growing call for stakeholders to assume the same social responsibility as local enterprises for foreign-invested enterprises operating in China.Enterprise to social responsibility disclosure of relevant information,can make stakeholders more understanding of corporate social responsibility,but our country existing social responsibility information disclosure regulation is still not perfect,for enterprises with foreign investment related management flaws,some foreign enterprise itself and management problems,therefore,based on the needs of the stakeholders,found that the current corporate social responsibility information disclosure problems,put forward targeted solutions,is urgent to change the corporate social responsibility fulfillment situation.This paper selects LNMG chemical co.LTD,a foreign-invested chemical enterprise,as the research object,and the research content includes seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly describes the background and significance of the topic,domestic and foreign research review,research content,research methods and technology roadmap,innovation.The second part defines the relevant concepts,expounds the basic theory and domestic and foreign social responsibility information disclosure standards.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of social responsibility information disclosure of LNMG chemical company.It introduces the general situation of LNMG chemical company and the current situation of social responsibility information disclosure,finds out the existing information disclosure problems through investigation,and analyzes the reasons.The fourth part carries out the construction of the stakeholder based social responsibility information disclosure system of LNMG chemical company,and elaborates on the construction idea,basic framework,disclosure goal,disclosure principle,disclosure content,disclosure form and report system construction.The fifth part applies the social responsibility information disclosure system based on stakeholders in LNMG chemical company.The sixth part puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the social responsibility information disclosure of LNMG chemical company.The seventh part summarizes the conclusion of the foregoing research and forecasts the future development of China's social responsibility information disclosure.
