In the rapid development of the modern society,enterprises only rely on high-quality products and efficient services to open up a broader market.Among them,product quality plays a pivotal role in the competition of enterprises,which has been considered as the prerequisite for the continuous growth of enterprises.In the process of continuous development of enterprises,strict quality management concept is more and more popular,and the quality management system is also gradually developed and improved.The fundamental purpose of the quality management activities implemented by the laboratory is to effectively supervise and control the whole process of analysis and detection,with constantly improving the detection ability and strengthening the service awareness of the laboratory,by which to continuously meet customer demands and improve customer satisfaction.In this paper,on the basis of the relevant theories of quality management and laboratory quality management,the application of ISO/IEC 17025 system standard and the principles of system construction,taking the laboratory of M chemical company as a studying case,through the detailed analysis of the establishment and operation of the laboratory’s quality management system,including the background and procedures of the establishment of ISO/IEC 17025 system in the company’s laboratory,the process of continuously improving the detection ability and realizing self-improvement and transformation of the laboratory has been comprehensively described.Meanwhile,the effective measures and experience in the operation process of the company’s laboratory quality management system have been deeply excavated,which is intended to provide a reference basis for the laboratory quality management and system construction in the same industry,the main research contents of this study are as follows:Firstly,the laboratory of M chemical company has established according to the ISO/IEC 17025 standard management system.In this paper,the index system has been determined according to the elements in the operation of the laboratory quality management system of M chemical company,the judgment matrix has been obtained after comparing the importance between the two indicators,subsequently,the fuzzy relation matrix has been established and calculated on the basis of the data collected from the scoring table.Subsequently,combined with the data from the scoring table,the fuzzy relation matrix was established and calculated.Through the establishment of the mathematical evaluation model,the effectiveness of the laboratory quality management system of M chemical company was deeply explored and evaluated,and the final evaluation level was determined ultimately.Secondly,although M chemical company has established a laboratory quality management system,with establishing a documented management process according to the system requirements.Due to the lack of understanding of the relevant standards of the quality management system and the measures to effectively promote the operation of the quality management system by the laboratory professional and technical personnel and analysis and testing personnel,as well as the constraints of the objective conditions of the laboratory and other factors,there were various problems in the operation of the quality management system,which included:(1)There was no effective connection between the quality management system and the actual analysis and detection work,with disconnection phenomenon.(2)In daily work,only pay attention to the process of data collection and detection,while lack of in-depth analysis of data mining applications.(3)The laboratory did not make full use of the Internet information platform,which resulted in low efficiency of data information management.Thirdly,in order to solve the above problems,the system has been improved and optimized in the following three aspects:(1)Improvement of the objectives of laboratory quality management and achievement of reasonable quantification: Combine the quality management system with the actual work,make a feasible plan around the established goal and strictly implement the standard plan,and emphasize that the quality management system must adapt to the actual work and be operable.(2)SPC statistic process control model has been applied in the laboratory: The principle of process control has been adopted to monitor and analyze the test data,which is intended to realize the early warning of abnormal data in the process of analysis and detection.(3)In order to standardize the whole process management of data input,historical data management,work assignment and analysis,Laboratory information management system has been applied.
