| In recent years,my country has entered a new economic normal,and the industrial structure has been continuously optimized and upgraded.This has also brought a lot of pressure to many companies,especially in the face of transformation of the production industry.Therefore,many production companies are trying to improve their competitiveness in all aspects,hoping to occupy a place in the Chinese market.In most cases,the core competitiveness of an enterprise is talents,and talents and human resources can help enterprises create wealth,improve spending and innovation capabilities,and obtain more resources.Moreover,many companies regard performance appraisal as an important mode of human resource management,but this has also become a difficulty for many companies.How the performance appraisal system can play an effective role is related to the realization of corporate strategic goals and corporate performance.This paper takes Funing A company as a representative enterprise in the production industry,draws on relevant performance appraisal theories,and combines Funing A company’s own characteristics to re-optimize the performance appraisal program of Funing A company’s production personnel.First of all,the basic situation and performance appraisal status of Funing A company are explained.Secondly,conduct a questionnaire survey on the company’s production staff to investigate the current basic situation of the company’s production staff and the existing problems in performance appraisal,futher summarize the reasons for the company’s production staff performance appraisal problems,and prepare for the optimization of the performance appraisal plan.Finally,according to the actual situation of Funing A company and the positions of the production staff,the production staff performance appraisal plan is formulated from the performance appraisal index system,appraisal standards,appraisal feedback,and use of appraisal results,and proposes improvements in the performance appraisal of the production staff of Funing A After the plan,this paper specifically conducts a comparative analysis of the performance appraisal plan before and after the improvement,aiming to ensure the fairness and justice of the performance appraisal.On this basis,some measures to ensure the implementation of performance appraisal were put forward to ensure that the performance appraisal of production personnel of Funing A company played an effective role.This paper draws on the research experience at home and abroad,and uses more scientific methods to re-optimize the performance appraisal program of Funing A company’s production personnel.This paper not only constructs the performance appraisal plan for the production personnel of Funing A company,but also provides some reference and reference for other production enterprises. |
