The prroduction network of the Silk Road Belt is the passageway connecting Asia,Africa and Europe.It is of great significance to promote the tree flow of economic factors and the optimal allocation of production factors,and give play to its position and role in the division of labor in the global value chain.The production network of the Silk Roaad Economic Belt mainly relies on resource-intensive and labor-intensive industries embedded in global value chain,producing and exportiong a large number of high-pollution and high-emission products over a long period of time,and the carrying capacity of the ecological environment is under great pressure.In this case,the problems of how to fully aware of the silk road economic belt production network and the interaction relationship between the ecological environment,and how to implement the silk road economic belt "open development" and "green development" a win-win situation are becoming the focus of this study,which are needed to be solved urgently.At the same time,this study also provides policy suggestions for better promoting the formation of a green Silk Road.This paper mainly evaluates the degree of synergy betwen production network and ecological environment in the Silk Road Economic Belt based on the synergistic theory.Firstly,the synergistic mechanism between the production network and the ecological environment of the Silk Road Economic Belt should be clarified.Namely,the production network-ecological environment complex system of the Silk Road Economic Belt far from the equilibrium state is under the constant exchange of material flow,information flow and energy with the external environment.The nonlinear interaction between the production network and the ecological environment subsystems in the Silk Road Economic Belt promotes the self-organization phenomenon of the composite system.And mutations are induced by fluctuation,promoting the composite system to form an orderly structure in time,space and function Secondly,the coupling coordination degree model was constructed to calculate the synergy degree between production network and ecological environment in the Silk Road Economic Belt from 2010 to 2017.The temporal evolution characteristics of the synergy degree were analyzed from two dimensions of countries and regions along the Silk Road Economic Belt.The results are as follows:(1)National level.1)The average synergistic degree of countries along the Silk Road Economic Belt is[0.652,0.673],showing primary coordination;2)The top three countries in terms of synergy degree are Sweden,Finland and Denmark,and the bottom two countries are Kyrgyzstan and Nepal.(2)Regional level.1)Functional areas:the synergy degree of core area,important area and expansion area decreased first and then increased.The order of synergy degree was as follows:expansion area,important area and core area,and the gap between the synergy degree of core area and important area showed a trend of narrowing gradually;2)Geographic region:The synergy degree of Northern Europe,Western Europe and Central Europe occupies the top three positions in geographical regions all the year round,while Central Asia and South Asia rank behind..Finally,the factors influencing the coordinated development of production network and ecological environment in the Silk Road Economic Belt are discussed.The empirical results show that the percentage of natural resources in GDP and the scientific and technological innovation index can promote the coordinated development of production network and ecological environment in the Silk Road Economic Belt.CO2 emission negatively affects the coordinated development of production network and ecological environment in the Silk Road Economic Belt;FDI,college enrollment rate and logistics performance index did not pass the significance test,but the college enrollment rate and logistics performance index have a significant role in promoting the coordinated development of the development area.
