The arrival of inclusive globalization has aroused the demand of improving the world economic system,the development and evolution of GVC has brought opportunities to the economic development and industrialization process of developing countries."The Belt and Road" initiative has brought about the emergence of the production network of the Silk Road Economic Zone under the intensification of the internal contradiction of the global production division pattern,and has quickly integrated into the Global Production Network.Some developed countries,which are embedded in the GVC,have driven the technological progress of the industry and promoted the improvement of the ecological environment through the progress of environmental protection technology.However,most developing countries and emerging economies fall into "low-end lock-in"when they are embedded in the GVC.They are bound to a GVC with low added value,high resource consumption and environmental pollution,which aggravates the burden of ecological environment.This dilemma restricts the coordinated development of production network and ecological environment in the Silk Road Economic Belt.Therefore,how to break the stress and restriction,identify the order parameters,reveal the orderly evolution law of the coordination,open the process "black box" of the coordination mechanism between the production network and the ecological environment,and will undoubtedly exert an important theoretical value and practical significance.Domestic and foreign discussions on the relationship between a country or a region's participation in the international division of production and the ecological environment are mostly based on the theory of three effects of environment and the theory of Environmental Kuznets curve,focusing on the environmental effect,ecological footprint,carbon emissions,etc.,which has the limitation of one-way assumption.The research on the interaction between the two is in the stage of gradual attention.Some studies focus on the quantitative relationship between the environmental pollution factors of a country or region participating in the global production division and its embedding in the global value chain.However,they only revealled the appearance of the interaction in terms of quantitative relationship,and did not open the"black box" of the process.Based on the theory of international division of labor,economic growth theory,environmental three effects theory,EKC theory,system theory and synergy theory,this paper introduces the perspective of complexity science and research paradigm,and constructs the collaborative mechanism analysis framework of "clarifying the evolution pattern?cracking the relationship structure?revealing the evolution law",so as to break the relationship structure between the production network and the ecological environment of the Silk Road Economic Belt Mechanism of action and law of evolution.The main research work and innovative achievements are as follows:Firstly,this paper fills up the theoretical dilemma of the lack of mechanism in the study of the synergy between production network and ecological environment.It finds the long-term dynamic coupling relationship,collaborative driving mechanism and evolution law between production network and ecological environment,and constructs the analysis framework of the synergy mechanism between production network and ecological environment of the Silk Road Economic Belt.On the one hand,combined with the three-dimensional theoretical framework of concept cognition,operation mechanism and system covered by complex system research;on the other hand,from the point of the dynamic relationship of system interaction and coupling promotes the synergistic effect of multiple factors reciprocation,a collaborative effect of“collaborative target? collaborative state? coupling relationship? collaborative driving mechanism?collaborative law" is constructed.The research findings are helpful to clarify the long-term coupling relationship and evolution pattern between the production network and the ecological environment in the development and evolution,a new type of international production division and organization form.Secondly,the collaborative driving mechanism between the production network and the ecological environment of the Silk Road Economic Belt is systematically explained.Based on the Haken Model,the order parameters of the coordination of the driving system are identified,and the main control factors of the order parameters are verified to control the coordination.In order to get out of the general "externalization" cognitive process that the previous researches on the mechanism of system collaboration generally focused on the measurement of system collaboration,the judgment of collaboration stage and the analysis of collaboration situation,the paper focuses on the exploration of the fundamental causes of self-organization evolution of complex systems.Using Haken Model to identify the order parameters that drives the coordination between the production network and the ecological environment of the Silk Road Economic Belt not only defines the control mechanism of the order parameters to the system coordination,but also enriches the discussion of the order parameters to make the factors in the system work together to form the synergistic effect.Thirdly,the non-linear and complex relationship between the production network and the ecological environment of the Silk Road Economic Belt is clarified.The critical phase transition performance of the production network and the ecological environment composite system is driven by the order parameter,and the fluctuation law of the composite system under different collaborative development modes is revealed.Different from the existing researches on the analysis of the law of system collaborative evolution,which focused on the multi-dimensional analysis of the system collaborative state at different time and space scales,the analysis logic of the evolution path is summarized through the linkage relationship of system elements.This study not only identifies and defines the basic parameters of the system elements and the basic performance of the system collaborative state under the collaborative state of production network and ecological environment of the Silk Road Economic Belt,but also discusses the collaborative evolution law under the natural state evolution mode,production network accelerating evolution mode and ecological environment protection development mode.
