Research On EQF Performance Evaluation System Of X Company Based On The Concept Of Symbiosis

In recent years,China’s environmental protection situation is still severe,with frequent haze weather,black odors in river water bodies,and excessive heavy metals in soil.In order to pursue short-term economic benefits,the long-term existence of our enterprises has not been substantially reversed at the expense of the natural environment.Many enterprises have not put production and operation in parallel with nature protection.Since the 19th CPC National Congress,human beings have been living in harmony with nature,and the concept of protecting the environment has become more popular.Symbiosis theory,a guiding theory that reveals the correct mode of coexistence between man and nature,has gradually been paid more attention to in the economic and management fields,and has been regarded by many enterprises as the driving factor for the sustainable and healthy development of enterprises.This article focuses on the X company with a typical case that has a close symbiotic relationship with the surrounding ecological environment.With the company’s unique geographical location and product characteristics as the background,this company’s product quality is used as a foothold to highlight the corporate environment.The inherent relationship between performance and financial performance,and search for a practical way to implement the three-dimensional evaluation ideas and concepts of corporate performance evaluation symbiosis.First of all,based on summarizing and sorting out domestic and foreign theories and research results,it is stated that,by its very nature,an enterprise is a combination of a social contract and a natural contract.Then,draw on the core ideas of mainstream performance evaluation systems at home and abroad,and put forward the ideas of enterprise performance evaluation and the construction method of performance evaluation system under the guidance of the symbiotic concept.Finally,the key indicator analysis method was used to design the indicator system,and the goal of constructing a new performance evaluation system,"Environment-Quality-Finance",was established.In this process,the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the index weights,and by digging into the internal logical relationships among the three major modules of environmental performance,quality performance and financial performance,a cyclical progressive performance evaluation clock model was constructed.And draw the conclusion from this: Under the guidance of the symbiosis concept,build a performance evaluation system supported by the three modules of "environment-quality-finance" for liquor companies,support the core concept of "symbiosis",and clarify environmental performance Performance chain of quality performance and financial performance.Form a cyclic closed system in which environmental performance guarantees quality performance,quality performance achieves financial performance,and financial performance further promotes environmental performance,which in turn circulates in sequence,as the clock cycles over and over,and over time,the company’s production,operation,and protection are uniform.Together,the good business cycle of the company rises,and ultimately the performance of the company is guaranteed to improve.The research in this article aims to put forward new explorations and new ideas for the performance evaluation of liquor manufacturing enterprises in China,and use this as a guide for the healthy and healthy operation of related and even more companies,to promote better and faster economic development,and to promote Harmonious society and maintaining a green ecological environment play an active role in promoting.
