The Research On Environmental Performance Evaluation Of L Enterprises Based On The Theory Of Value Chain

In recent years,China’s economy has developed rapidly.At the same time,environmental degradation and lack of resources have become increasingly serious.Enterprises begin to attach importance to environmental protection,strive to balance the relationship between economic development,resource utilization and environmental protection and seek sustainable development.Measuring the effect of environmental protection requires an environmental performance evaluation.Effective environmental performance evaluation helps companies to make correct environmental protection decisions,improve the efficiency of environmental protection and reduce risks.With the continuous pressure of environmental protection and economic development,many companies have begun to integrate internal and external resources,extend the value chain and realize industrial chain production to improve enterprise competitiveness.Based on the above background,this paper chooses company L as the case company and establishes a new environmental performance evaluation system based on the value chain theory.Firstly,the status quo and existing problems of environmental performance evaluation of L are analyzed,and the introduction of value chain theory can effectively solve these problems.Then,based on the analysis of the environmental performance content of the value chain,the representative environmental performance evaluation indicators are selected,and a complete environmental performance evaluation system is established from the perspective of the internal and external value chains.Then hire relevant experts to assign values to the importance of the indicators and determine the corresponding indicator weights,and next use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to finally obtain the evaluation results.The results can help enterprises identify defects and deficiencies in the process of environmental management,so as to improve and promote the unified development of economic,ecological and social benefits.
