An Evaluation Of Harmonious Development Of Qilian Mountain National Park Based On Symbiosis

Since the reform and opening up,our country’s social economy has made rapid development,at the same time,the transition intervention of economic activities to nature has led to the gradual deterioration of the ecological environment and the gradual decline of the ecosystem.In this context,the community is constantly exploring ecosystem restoration methods to ensure the integrity of the ecosystem.Therefore,the Party Central Committee has deployed and carried out national park pilot projects,which is the greatest opportunity for the protection of natural conservation land system and the acceleration of ecological restoration,and is also a major task in the construction of ecological civilization.As an important ecological security barrier in the west and even in the whole country,Qilian Mountain National Park is one of the first national park system construction pilot projects in China.The operation and health status of its ecosystem will directly affect the social and economic development of the surrounding areas and affect the ecological security of the west and even the whole country.Therefore,this paper takes the Gansu region of Qilian Mountain National Park as an example,introduces the symbiotic theory into the evaluation study of harmonious development,establishes a symbiotic system composed of four subsystems: population,economy,society,resources and environment,and constructs the evaluation index system of harmonious development of Qilian Mountain National Park according to the symbiotic system.This paper selects the specific data of the three semi-agricultural and semi-pastoral minority autonomous counties in Gansu district of Qilian Mountain National Park,selects the index according to the index system of harmonious development evaluation,and evaluates the harmonious development level from the comprehensive level of harmonious development of National Park and the coordination of each system by using entropy method,mean variance method,analytic hierarchy method and relevant model of harmonious development evaluation.he results show that the comprehensive evaluation value of three subsystems(except population subsystem)and symbiotic system in the three counties of Gansu in Qilian Mountain National Park is on the rise.In the analysis of the two subsystems,the population subsystem and the resource ring in the three counties.The ability of the environment subsystem to coordinate with each other is relatively poor,mainly due to the low quality of the local population,which is caused by the traditional concept of mountain feeding;from the overall analysis of the symbiosis system,the coordinated development degree of the three counties is on the rise,among which the coordination development degree of Subei county is the lowest,from the light imbalance state to the primary coordination state.According to the empirical results,this paper points out the problems existing in the development of symbiotic system,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the harmonious development of Qilian Mountain National Park based on these problems.
