With the rising trend of food consumption in China,the quick-frozen food industry has developed rapidly in recent years.F Company mainly engages in fresh corn processing.In the past seven years,F Company mainly dealed with its by-products green straw and corn leaves by burning and dumping.The current methods have serious problems such as waste of biomass resources,environmental pollution,negative social impact.This paper takes F Company as a case,combined with the trend of comprehensive utilization of green straw domestic and abroad,investigates and analyzes the comprehensive utilization of green straw in F Company and puts forward an effective utilization plan.This paper summarizes the current situation and trend of comprehensive utilization of crop straw in China and abroad;Based on the field investigation of the existing disposal methods and processes of green corn straw and corn leaves in F Company from 2010 to 2020,the gap between field return and feeding value was compared,and the problems caused by improper disposal were summarized.Through the value investigation,analysis and accounting of the comprehensive utilization of fresh corn straw in F Agricultural Company,the business plan for the new construction of green corn straw silage cattle raising project to form a closed-loop industrial chain was put forward;The business plan comprehensively discussed in the aspects of processing technology,scheme feasibility,key difficulties,project construction content and social effects.Through the analysis of consumer,competition and marketing,this paper puts forward the marketing and competition plan.This paper makes a financial analysis of the scheme from the perspectives of financing mode,investment mode,profitability analysis and financial evaluation;The risk of the project is evaluated from four aspects: construction,operation,market and finance.This paper analyzes the current situation of domestic beef industry and beef consumption in detail,and judges the development trend of beef industry in the future.Through the competition analysis,Porter’s five competitive strategies have been analyzed and the "cost leading strategy" of cattle project has been formulated.By building the closed-loop industrial chain of agriculture and animal husbandry,the problems of economic loss,negative social impact and environmental protection caused by improper disposal of green straw and corn leaves in F Company can be solved,which can effectively improve the utilization value of green straw and achieve the purpose of reducing the cost of downstream cattle farms,and achieve the coordinated development of upstream and downstream industries.
