The four major fashionable cities in the world of Paris,Milan,London and New York,and Asia's Tokyo,Seoul and Hongkong,are the global leaders of fashion accessories industry,in which an annual trade of fashion accessories is nearly 100 billion USD,and average possession of fashion accessories is above 30%.Chinese fashion accessories started in the 1980 s,and its output value have reached 100 billions of RMB.Though the annual growth of Chinese fashion accessories is above 15%,average possession of female fashion accessories is less than 15%.Fashion accessories in China still have great development space in the future.Many traditional fashion accessory brands have set up network channels with the development of internet and popularity of online shopping.The data of Taobao index shows that fashion accessory sales volume through Taobao broke 10 billion in 2015.An entrepreneurship program of Bella Fashion Accessories occurred,in order to seize the opportunity of fast-growing online-shopping and develop fashion accessory industry.After market segmentation,Bella has positioned itself as the good accessories for high-and-mid-end career clothes.The major materials for accessories are high quality alloys,crystal,faux pearl and other manual materials.The fashionable,safe and design necklace and earrings are provided for female white collars with rich colors and fashionable shapes meeting the need of matching clothes in different occasions.The company is going to invest 5 billion for development.Taobao shop as early marketing channel,the first entity shop will be set up after Taobao shop development at a certain stage.And then business will expand to mainland market,and even chain management mode.The paper first reviews the form of writing a business plan and the main theory and research techniques which applied to use in the process of writing this plan.During the process of writing this plan which references to a great deal of literature and foreign language books,and find the relevant data via the internet as the basis of article arguments.In project implementation environment analysis which using the PEST analytic method to make a comprehensive analysis of macro environment,then using the Porter 's Five Forces Model to make an analysis on “Bella” leisure catering industry environment,the finally using the SWOT method to analyze to opportunities and threats which exist in the course of the operation and this project will face,and then to summarize the advantages and disadvantages of choosing suitable development strategy.In the process,we also use the method of market research on customers who come to “Bella ”for consumption to make investigation and research then summarize them,then according to the selected target market to develop a suitable marketing mix strategy and project operation solutions for the target market.At last,the paper analyzes its profitability,break-even,risk assessment and prevention,and then come to a conclusion of business plan.
