As a pillar industry of my country’s national economy,the construction industry is also a typical high-risk industry.Among them,building construction activities are typical high-risk production activities,and the incidence of construction safety accidents has always been at a high level.The situation is severe and has caused many negative effects.We must attach great importance to reducing the occurrence of construction safety accidents.A large number of accident cases and corresponding studies have shown that unsafe construction works behavior and unsafe conditions of objects are an important cause of construction safety accidents.Among them,the behavior of construction workers directly affects the occurrence of dangerous accidents.Further investigation found that the probability of construction safety accidents in a small group of construction workers is significantly higher than the average accident rate per capita,which has a deeper negative impact.In short,there are significant differences in the propensity of different construction workers to have safety accidents,which proves that the outside environmental impact of construction safety accidents of construction workers is mainly related to the dangerous characteristics of the construction workers themselves(accident propensity).Therefore,it is necessary to use scientific methods to evaluate the accident propensity of construction workers in advance,screen out construction workers with high accident propensity in time,and take targeted preventive measures to effectively reduce the occurrence of construction safety accidents.The main research work and conclusions of this article are divided into the following four parts:The first part is the definition of construction workers’ accident tendency,the connotation and basic characteristics of danger perception.First,introduce the theory of accident tendency,put forward the hypothesis that there are "high accident tendency persons" in the construction operation crowd,and define the concrete manifestation of accident tendency.By comparing the specific performance of accidents by accident-prone construction workers,we explored the factors influencing the occurrence of accidents by accident-prone personnel,and clarified the important impact of the whole process of risk perception on accident propensity,which is mainly reflected in risk perception,risk awareness,and risk tolerance.Based on this,the relationship model between the construction workers’ risk perception characteristics and the accident tendency is constructed,and the relationship between the construction workers’ danger perception and accident tendency is clarified.The second part is the analysis of the influence mechanism of construction workers’ hazard perception characteristics on accident tendency.First,discuss the impact of hazard perception,hazard awareness,and hazard tolerance on accident propensity,including the independent influence of hazard perception,hazard perception,hazard tolerance on accident propensity,and a comprehensive combination of hazard perception,hazard perception,and hazard tolerance The hazard perception results produced by the action act as an indirect influence on the accident tendency as an intermediary;Secondly,carry out questionnaire design work based on research hypotheses,collect data through questionnaire surveys,analyze the collected data with tools such as SPSS and AMOS,construct a structural equation model,and verify related hypotheses;Finally,combined with the analysis of the mediating effect,the indirect influence of risk perception as a mediating variable is verified,and the combined effect of risk perception,risk perception,and risk tolerance on accident tendency is obtained.The results of the study show that: hazard perception plays a leading role in identifying accident propensity,hazard perception plays a decision-making role in accident propensity,hazard tolerance has a role in shaping accident propensity,and hazard perception,as a combined effect of the three,plays a role in evaluating accident propensity.Accordingly,taking hazard perception,hazard cognition,hazard tolerance,and hazard perception as important influencing factors of accident tendency,it lays the foundation for the design of accident tendency evaluation index.The third part is to construct an assessment method of accident propensity of construction workers based on risk perception.Based on the research on the correlation between the construction workers’ hazard perception and accident propensity,an accident propensity evaluation index system based on the level of hazard perception,hazard awareness,and hazard tolerance is established.On this basis,the design of the ability index questionnaire was carried out,and the ability index level of the subjects was counted through the experimental scale.Combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and based on the effect of specific indicators on accident propensity,an accident propensity evaluation model of construction workers based on risk perception is constructed to screen construction workers with high accident propensity.Based on the method of fuzzy cluster analysis,50 subjects who may be prone to accidents are divided into 8 categories,which are embodied in subjects with low level of risk perception,low level of risk awareness,and high level of risk tolerance.Based on the results of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,it is divided into three groups according to the level of accident tendency: group A(low accident tendency),group B(medium accident tendency),and group C(high accident tendency).The fourth part is the inspection and verification of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which aims to further verify the accuracy and validity of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results through virtual simulation experiments.Based on the results of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation in the previous chapter,three reference groups of group A,group B,and group C were set up to analyze the behavior indicators of different groups of subjects in the process of "perception-cognition-response" risk perception(The difference in the data is mainly reflected in the sensitivity threshold,reaction threshold,disposal threshold and the level of risk perception,risk awareness,and risk tolerance.The results show that the subjects in the high accident propensity group have lower sensitivity thresholds,lower reaction thresholds,and poorer disposal thresholds,corresponding to lower risk perception levels,lower risk awareness levels,and higher risk tolerance levels.Based on this,the accuracy and effectiveness of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results have been verified.
