Since the 1990 s,GM technology has developed rapidly. The promotion and development of GM technology has caused extensive and heated discussions around the world. As the main consumers of genetically modified foods, their knowledge and attitude towards enetically modified foods have important reference value for the future development of genetically modified foods.China is the most populous country in the world. The attitudes of Chinese are of great significance to the promotion and application of GM foods worldwide. Many scholars have obtained different conclusions based on the relevant research on GM foods in various cities. This inconsistency has affected the prosperity and development of GM foods in China to some extent. This paper selects the people of Harbin as the main research object, focusing on the risk perception of genetically modified foods. The paper, which constructs a risk perception evaluation system for genetically modified foods, analyzes the main factors affecting the risk perception of genetically modified foods. It is the risk decision for the government and relevant departments on genetic modification. The communication mechanism provides a scientific basis.Based on the previous research on genetically modified foods, this paper uses the Likert scale to conduct a questionnaire survey on Harbin citizens. The questionnaire consists of six dimensions, namely, individual socioeconomic attributes, health concerns, institutional trust, attitudes toward GM technology, food function and personal life experience. It totals 36 questions.A total of 350 questionnaires were distributed and 302 questionnaires were returned,of which 287 were valid questionnaires, and the effective rate was 95.03%.The paper uses three methods, including analysis of variance, structural equation modeling and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Firstly, according to the data of the recovery questionnaire, the analysis of individual socioeconomic attributes was carried out by means of analysis of variance, and its relationship with risk perception of genetically modified foods was discussed. Then the structural equation model was constructed according to the scale of scales, and the influencing factors of risk perception were analyzed. The paper used AMOS 21.0 as a calculation software. Finally construct the risk perception evaluation index of genetically modified food, and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation. The results show that:(1)In the socio-economic attributes of individuals, males, education level, income and GM food risk perception have significant negative effects, age and occupation have no significant impact on GM food risk perception, indicating that social stratification mechanism is for people. The risk perception has a complex impact;(2)Among the five dimensions of concern for health, personal life experience, food function, institutional trust and trust in GM technology, the first two have a significant positive impact on risk perception, the latter three have an impositive impact on risk perception;(3)According to the results of risk perception evaluation of genetically modified foods, this paper puts forward three suggestions for the promotion of genetically modified foods, strengthening food supervision and ensuring food safety for the people and the science popularization of genetically modified foods.Conduct rumors on rumors Blame.Guide the public to establish a scientific, objective and rational risk attitude.
