Research On Economic Feasibility Of XX Group TDI Project

TDI products have good performance,wide application fields and large market demand.The successful investment of XX group in TDI projects can promote the development of enterprises and regional economic growth.And the project economic feasibility analysis is based on the product market demand,production technology,economic and social benefit analysis of profitability,the feasibility of various construction projects complete coverage of omni-directional,the whole level and type of comprehensive evaluation.Therefore,the analysis of the TDI project of XX group by using the economic feasibility study can identify whether the project investment is feasible or not,which is of great significance to the investment decision of enterprises.This article through to the developing process of TDI project economic feasibility analysis at home and abroad,expounds the present situation and future development trend,according to the analysis of the XX group,TDI project requirements,target market and predict the size of the market in the next five years,found that TDI has huge market potential;The investment cost,sales revenue and cost cost of TDI project are estimated,proving that the sales revenue of TDI project is higher than the cost and has profitability.Using dynamic financial indicators,internal rate of return and net present value analysis static financial indicators of profitability and return on investment were discussed,found XX group TDI project profit ability is strong,worthy of investment;Use of break-even analysis and sensitivity analysis of uncertainty factors research studies TDI anti-risk ability of the project,TDI project break-even point is 42.11%,the highest selling price sensitivity,the critical point of 90.84%(12%)internal rate of return;Risk factors are identified mainly for environmental,policy,labor safety and business risks,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed for each risk.Through the economic feasibility analysis,it is shown that all the financial indexes of TDI project are higher than the industry average indexes after completion,that is,the project has investment value after passing the economic feasibility test.
