With the popularity of e-commerce in China,the delivery industry has become an important service industry in China,and the cycling work clothes of takeout workers have also become a hot topic of current research.In this paper,seven research methods,including questionnaires,mathematical statistics,and experimental measurement,were used to study the structure and innovative design of the coat of the cycling work clothes of the foreign salesmen.First of all,the combination ways of online and offline to sell to a foreign member of the present situation and the psychological demand have carried on the questionnaire survey,using SPSS software,further analysis of survey data,found that the current "of the existence of takeaway member overalls predecessor arm action to the armpits and bending state caused by pulling back shoulder,arm,elbow tight clothing,lead to 5 questions such as elbow activities is limited",as well as the consumers for this kind of work clothes need to "increase the comfort and functional" take-away member blouse,and so on four-part for later research on takeout cycling blouse structure and innovative design provides the basis.Secondly,the relationship between the body parts and the coat under various movements of the delivery man was analyzed,and the basic data of the structural research was obtained.Research take-away member cycling blouse in the working process of the main points and the stretching direction and the size of the activity rate,through the skin deformation rate formula,to calculate the 5 key parts between the rate of change of static and dynamic,which found that static variables are invariable,and its shape under dynamic variables can elongate,such as a variable in the shape of shoulder under the dynamic threshold in the x-direction can lift quantity(12.5%),and in the y-direction can obtain 5% lift,etc.Summarize and summarize the changes of five key movement parts of the salesmen under working conditions,such as arm extension,neck forward movement,body forward movement,elbow bending movement,and waist twist movement.The measurement data of human shoulder point(armpit corresponding to shoulder point),lumbar posterior center point,posterior neck point,elbow point,and great trochanter point were obtained by the stamping method.According to the rate of change,the direction of motion of the force and the magnitude of the amplitude of the motion are identified.Therefore,it provides a theoretical basis for the next step of the partial and overall structural design.Thirdly,the impact on the top under each action was analyzed and the structure design was carried out according to the problems arising from different actions.Combining the problems and functional requirements obtained from the questionnaire results,the innovative design of the structure of the cycling workwear for take-away workers was carried out considering the static and dynamic rates of change of the parts of the 5 main movements.Multiple solutions are designed for comparison according to the needs of the 5 movements,and each garment structure design solution is experimentally verified through sample garment production,so as to obtain the optimal garment structure design solution corresponding to the 5 movements.Fourthly,I completed a series of clothing design and effect displays for the work clothes of takeaways.Completed in clothing structure design,on the basis of combining the properties of the take-away staff characteristics,functional demand,and fashion trends,using the costume design concept,with popular color plates and popular fabrics as design basis,the series of garment design,clothing renderings of each style and structure,and analyzes the design concept and creative thinking,design clothing accessories,improve the integrity of the clothing modeling,to design the comfort,functionality,and aesthetics as take-away member of cycling blouse.Finally,the production of ready-to-wear and model clothing effect display,completed a series of clothing design works,after trying to achieve a good design effect.The research results of this paper provide a reference for garment enterprises to develop the product design of cycling work clothes for takeaways.According to the structural design results of the five parts in this paper,as well as the functional requirements of the cycling overalls of foreign salesmen,clothing enterprises can develop and design the cycling overalls through the actual human characteristics,combined with the corporate culture of takeaway companies and the image requirements of foreign salesmen.The inspiration and design concept of the garment design in this paper can also be used as a reference to re-design and add design elements and brand logos in line with the style of the takeout company.It also provides a thoughtful design service for the practitioners of this profession.
