As taekwondo officially becoming an Olympic sport, more and more people join in the sport, and the teakwondo clothes is the most intuitive symbol of the sport. The structure and fabric of taekwondo clothes are the main factors that affect taekwondo movement comfortable. The garment structure affects the sports comfort and beauty of the body directly, while the choice of fabric affects the thermal comfort of the garment, and also greatly affects the sports comfort of the trainer. In this paper,we investigate that the original suits have the same structure both women and men, simple structure and non-elasticity woven fabric results to the suits less beauty and uncomfortable sports. In this paper, through kinds of experiments,to improve the garments' comfortable both in the structure and thermal and wet comfort. The experiments involved in this paper include the following parts:(1)The structure redesign: the original suits have the same structure both women and men, simple structure and non-elasticity woven fabric results to the suits less beauty and uncomfortable in sports.Through investigate,we know that almost all sports garments are made of knitted fabric,so we decide to choose knitted fabric to produce the new suits, different from the traditional woven fabrics, the new type of taekwondo clothing is made of knitted fabrics,so as to redesign the style chart,so that the taekwondo apparel is more comfortable to wear;(2)Basic performance test of fabrics: the original suits mainly made of 55%cotton & 45% polyester blended woven fabric and 100% cotton woven fabric, some have lining made of polyester woven fabric, these fabrics all have no elasticity, while the knitted fabric has good elasticity, through investigate,we know that almost all sports garments are made of knitted fabric,so we select the corresponding knitted fabric to make a comparison of experiment.Six kinds of fabrics such as 1# 100%cotton knitted fabric,2# 45% polyester/55% cotton blended knitted fabric,3# 100%polyester knitted fabric,4# 55% cotton & 45% polyester blended woven fabric,5#100% cotton woven fabric,6# polyester woven fabric. The basic performance tests of moisture absorption, moisture permeability, breathable moisture, wet, air permeability and tear resistance are tested, analysis the experiment data, finally choose the best fabric making the suits;(3)Human body experiment: Before human body sample dressing experiment, after experimenters excising ten minites' with underclothes, with the thermal infrared imager taking photo of the body skin temperature area 1meter away from the trainer, through the body temperature distribution map, select the lightest and highest temperature area, such as t Prothorax, abdomen, underarm, back, inner thighs,so ensure the measuring points, and combined with the distribution feature of the sweat glands in human body, typical to the t Prothorax T1,abdomen T2,underarm T3,back T4,inner thighs T5 fix the temperature and humidity sensor to conduct the experiments on the skin surface,to measure the specific temperature and humidity data of each part on body; There are two human body experiments.1)Select three taekwondo sportsmen as the experimenters, conduct the human body experiment with the sample 1(original suits made of 100% cotton woven fabric)and sample 2 with new structure suits(100% cotton woven fabric),through the thermograms from thermal infrared imaging technology,to ensure the measuring points, and fix the temperature sensor and humidity sensor on the t Prothorax T1,abdomen T2,underarm T3,back T4,inner thighs T5,to conduct the experiments on the skin surface, after ten minutes exercise, take off the suits, with the thermal infrared imager taking photo of each part's instantaneous temperature as taking off the sample, besides, analysis the data of the temperature and humidity sensor in the coursing of exercise, then come to a conclusion: when the fabric is the same, whether the structure affects the thermal and wet comfort or not,and how to affect it;2)After the test of basic performance of fabrics, select the more comfortable fabric, combine with the new structure,to make the new suits as sample 3,which thestructure is the same but the fabric is different from sample 2,conduct the same experiment as above again, with the thermal infrared imager taking photo of each part's instantaneous temperature as taking off the sample, and analysis the data of the temperature and humidity sensor in the coursing of ten minutes exercise, then come to a conclusion: when the structure is the same, whether the fabric affects the thermal and wet comfort or not,and how to affect it.(4)Subjective experiment: The original uniforms as sample1 and new uniforms with new structure and new fabric as sample 3,select 3 sportsmen to conduct the subjective experiments wearing sample 1 and sample 3 respectively, through several simple taekwondo poses such as stand, running, raise one's hands and legs,do the splits,to feel the comfort of the structure and fabric before and after the optimized uniforms, make a comparison, then fill in the subjective experimental questionnaire, which includes 3 kinds of subjective feelings, including 8 indexes, appearance perception evaluation(beauty, comfortableness),feel evaluation(dragging sensation, scratchiness, tactility),thermal comfort evaluation(breathability, stuffiness, viscid feeling),and analysis the data of the questionnaire, then come to a conclusion:whether the optimized new uniforms sample 3 improves the structural comfort as well as the thermal and wet comfort or not.Through the comparison and analysis of the experimental results,it is found that the new optimized taekwondo suits are greatly improved both in the structural comfort as well as the thermal and wet comfort.
