Current Situation And Countermeasure Of Medical Waste Management In Chuxiong Prefecture

As the No.1 hazardous waste,medical waste is hazardous and difficult to dispose of.In recent years,the society has constantly exposed the reports that medical waste is treated as domestic waste or medical waste is sold as domestic waste,which reflects the problem that medical waste has not fully realized standardized management.Since 18 th,the ecological environment of the state to the most rigorous system of medical waste management problem is becoming more and more be taken seriously,to be completed by the state on pollution prevention,the central environmental protection inspectorate will also medical waste management problems as one of the important content of supervision,this shows the importance and necessity of medical waste management.There are many departments involved in the supervision,management and disposal of medical waste management,and many people involved in direct contact.From generation to standardized disposal,it is necessary to go through a complex processing process.Any problem in any link may lead to the risk of loss,leakage and pollution of medical waste.Especially during the epidemic period of public health emergencies such as SARS,highly pathogenic avian influenza and COVID-19 virus,on the one hand,the surge of medical waste increases the difficulty of management;on the other hand,if medical waste is not managed in a standardized way,it may cause great risk of transmission.Therefore,the standard management of medical waste is particularly important.Current conditions are based on the research and analyze medical waste management as an example,through literature,field investigation,case analysis and other research methods,current conditions are analyzed between regulators and the regulated medical waste management unit,the social public problems in three aspects,this paper analyzes the reason of the problem,using the theory of public management theory as the instruction,To learn from the experience of medical waste management at home and abroad to provide reference,so as to Chuxiong Prefectural management of medical waste regulatory departments to implement joint supervision,improve the level of supervision;Strengthen the effective management of the regulated units and enhance their management capabilities;Strengthen the construction of health supervision team,improve the level of law enforcement;Strengthen propaganda,enhance the awareness of social work supervision and other four aspects of countermeasures and suggestions.
